We've purchased two vehicles from this location, both using Bryan Rice as our sales associate (he's the reason we came back the second time). We love working with Bryan, he's truly a nice guy. Doesn't make you feel rushed or forced into anything and makes the process easy! He truly has the best customer service. I personally spoke with Emari Love when I first inquired about the most recent vehicle we purchased, I asked him to be connected to Bryan and he was so sweet about it and so understanding! Truly a great guy! So happy with our purchases!

We wanted to trade in our family SUV for a fuel efficient vehicle. I worked with Benny & Phil and the manager. All were extremely friendly. When it was time to purchase they went out to their way to surprise our daughter by parking the car on the side lot and the ENTIRE staff went out and cheered congratulations when we turned the corner. Big bow on the freshly cleaned car, all smiles from us. The signing process was SO FAST! We were in and out to the signing in 10 minutes, he was very knowledgeable, I will say we went in with a pre approved loan check, but I have had this experience take over an hour before. Very happy with our experience from beginning to end, thank you!

I just had the brake calipers on my Mach E professionally painted 2 days prior to the service. And after tire rotation was done, I checked my car and saw large scrapes on the 2 front big brakes. I told the service adviser, and I didn't know if I was expecting something different but it's very predictable that they denied responsibility. He told me it might be caused by rocks BUT I checked those calipers before checking in and they're pristine. It's quite clear now that they don't really care about your car when you dropped them off for service, they just want to finish as quickly as possible.

I spoke to a salesman several times about a truck I wanted to purchase and was provided a quote in writing for the truck along with e-mail confirmation of the total price. I agreed to purchase the truck only to be called a few hours later by the salesman saying that he "made a mistake" and the truck will be $4,000.00 more than the written quote. They refused to honor the quote. This is a terrible dealership.

Omg! From dropping my car off with Ana to having it delivered by Beth, this was thee most amazing car experience I've ever had. A lyft driver took me home. A while later, I received a video showing the technician working on my car. I've never had anything like that before. That was so cool! I received text messages with updates all along the way and Beth, who delivered my car was fantastic. Thank you Ford Fairfield for a wonderful car service appointment. You all are great!

Contrary to my past 5 stars service from this location, I am giving them 1 star. No starat all if possible...Booked an appointment for service and they started working on my car an hour and a half after my appointment... I waited for over 3 hours and they couldn't even offer a car for me knowing they would waste my time.. What's with the appointment if they wouldn't keep it? For an oil change? 3 hours of waiting? How much more if it's really a major service? They not only wasted my time, they destroyed my work schedule as well...This will be my last visit from this location... They are getting worst and worst...

Started with email inquiries and having many dealers responded Brian Rice was the guy who can help me straightforward no games. I thought I would have to pay thousands of dollars for the negative equity on my trade in but he did what I thought was only in real estate, creative financing with almost no money down and drove away with a certified Ford Ranger. Guess thats why he has 30+ awards.

I had searching for a particular make and model and located one finally at Ford Fairfield. When I contacted them via a web link I received a prompt response from Mark Dnistran (Direct Sales Manager). He was very informative and helpful and the next day(a Sunday) I was able to see, drive and purchase the car that I really really really wanted. The entire process was made incredibly smooth and even pleasant by Mark and other staff (Jonathan and the finance gentleman).The car needed some work that I requested and Mark, Jonathan and Kayla in Service worked very hard and made sure that I became a satisfied customer. Excellent communication and just wonderful service. I bought my first car 50 years ago and have never had a better experience. They do it right here. I highly recommend them and give Mark and the staff my sincere thanks for making my purchase special.

I wanted to buy an F150 single cab work truck,I was helped by by Phil Johnson, he was very polite and professional. Helped me find what I was looking for. Didn't try to upsell me or anything like that. I told him what my needs and budget were and he found the right truck for me. If you go to ford Fairfield ask for Phil, great guy
