I had a return from the Lowe's in Sacramento. I scan my receipts or take pics. I had my picture receipt and had no problem exchanging the fan that I bought. I had the card I purchased it with and was credited the amount and then had to repurchase it.

I had to go into this store almost every day last month while working on house projects and every staff member was always so patient and helpful.

Even tho it took a while to find what I was looking for - the people who work at Lowe’s are very nice. And I love their Memorial Day display - showing honor to our fallen is an important thing to me.

Went to Lowe’s to pick up some plants for the yard. Picked up some climbing jasmines, gardenias and some lavenders. Also picked up some Miracle Gro soil. It’s nice when the garden center doors are open. Makes for a quick shop and go.
