I went today to exchange 2 pairs of jeans (with receipts and tags) that I purchased before Christmas and was denied because I waited too long. I tried to explain that I had been sick since the beginning of January but no exceptions. I paid 40 and was given a gift card for 32, and on my other pair, I spent over 50 and was offered 32. Why couldn't I just exchange them? Take care of your customers. I have been a long time, very good customer and I never plan on returning. Sad.
