“We have dealt with NSM for years now. The techs are awesome and his equipment is always reliable. It's actually pretty fast lately on getting the approval and the equipment ready. The only problem I have is how hard it is to get a hold of the office now. Constantly being redirected to the call center has not shown any positive. I have called off and on for three weeks now to get my son's wheelchair delivered. Not sure if it is the call center itself or NSM location, but I cannot get anyone to call me back no matter how many times I leave a message with someone at the call center. Not being able to directly talk to this specific office has proven to be ridiculous.”
