I had an excellent experience here. The staff was very professional and knowledgeable. They could explain all the tax laws and regulations in an easy way for me to understand. They were also very patient with me and took the time to answer all of my questions. When I left their office, I felt confident that my tax returns were accurate and complete. Additionally, their fees were very reasonable, and I appreciated their transparent pricing policy. I highly recommend [tax business name] to anyone needing tax preparation services. My family had been going here for many years and I am very grateful I go here every year to file my taxes and they're extremely nice and professional. They helped me so much throughout the years . I definitely recommend this place to anyone ! I'm beyond grateful and can't wait to go back soon ! :)

Very unhappy with the tax preparation. After being told from the office that I would be recieving a refund, the irs sent me a bill that I owed them over $300. I called the irs and was informed that the preparation was incorrect and/or unverifiable (stating I only paid $314 into taxes when the correct number was $1314) and I needed to fax a hard copy. The office REFUSED to fax the hard copies for me and I had to fax them myself.
