They were professional, respectful, kind, and they listened well. They made sure all of my needs were met and asked questions if they were unsure about placement of items. “Tanya was amazing and very welcoming. She helped me gracefully, and I'm glad I got her as my rep. The trailer was fine, but one of the rachet straps stopped working and it took me longer to get the car secured on the transporter. I'd recommend checking that the rachet straps work properly before leaving the store so you don't end up in a situation like this.”
