Walked in, the place was empty. Told me to wait because he had a very important call. Two people walked in after me. He helped them first then got to me. I dropped off vehicle, after leaving he told me it would be almost $200 for an inspection only when online his inspection was a lot less.
Also he could’ve told me that the inspection was that amount before having me leave my vehicle. Inconvenient and unprofessional. Instead we Went down the street and everything was fixed under $200 inspection included. Not coming back

I have been coming to see Jeffery at Multi-tech Auto for almost 10 years now. I figured it's due time to write a review. Jeffery is very knowledgeable and so far has always correctly diagnosed the problems I have had with my BMW. He is very honest with his assessments and I've even seen him pass work to other mechanics in the neighborhood if he figured they could better resolve a problem. He does charge a little extra in my own opinion. But he would remind me that they still charge a lot less than the dealership while maintaining the same type of quality work. Multi-tech has pulled me out of quite a few situations I have had with my vehicle. This is the reason why I am comfortable returning to him time and time again. If you need an issue repaired on your vehicle, give Multi-tech Auto a shot.

I recently brought my car in for AC service. They were able to get me in that afternoon & my car was ready by 5:00! I appreciate Multi-Tech’s flexibility & willingness to take care of me in a timely manner. I will return!

They charge $195 for just labor on any and every project. Average labor cost per hour is $100 - $150. The dealership technicians are around $140 per hr . I had one radiator hose to replace it was around $320. If he charged me a normal labor rate it would have been $220. The work and service doesn't justify how expensive this place is. After leaving this shop I should have saved my money and did it my self. ....Save ur MONEY GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.

I recently visited Multi-tech auto repair for some maintenance on my car, and I couldn't be happier with the service I received. From the moment I walked in, the staff was friendly and professional. They explained everything clearly and gave me a fair estimate. The work was completed on time and my car runs better than ever.
