I've known the Pearson family for about 40 years or longer. This is a family operation who love our community. Last year I purchased a wall oven and microwave. The level of professionalism is top notch. From sales to the installers. I highly recommend this business.

I purchased a refrigerator from Pearson’s five years ago. When I got it home, I realized that the door opened on the wrong side, so I asked for it to be changed. After it was changed, I noticed that it was a little bit harder to close, but I assumed that was just the consequence of having it moved from one side to the other.A couple days ago I opened the refrigerator door, and it fell off the hinge and on me and then onto the floor. It was startling, but I was not hurt. The contents of the shelves on the refrigerator door fell on the floor, and there was lots of broken glass and condiments everywhere. Luckily, I was wearing shoes.. I called Pearson’s to see if they could send someone out to do the repair and they said someone would be there the next day. When I called back the next day, they said they didn’t do appliance repair. I called a handy person who came to fix the door and he said that the door had been incorrectly installed when they switched the door, so it would open on the opposite side. I paid $120 to have the door reattached. I still need to purchase the three shelves on the door that broke when the door fell.I asked several people at Pearson’s if I could be reimbursed for the $120 and the cost of the shelves and they said since it had been five years since I had purchased the refrigerator they were not responsible. They said that I should’ve told them when the door didn’t close easily, right after the door was switched. Again, maybe I should’ve known better, but I had no idea that was a consequence of the door being installed incorrectly. I am very disappointed in Pearson’s, as I could’ve been seriously hurt, and all they seem to care about is the fact that it was five years ago. In my opinion, the fact that the door was installed incorrectly should supersede any statute of limitations.

We ordered a new washer and dryer on Saturday May 13th and was told the order would arrive on Wednesday May17th. I did not receive a call during the arrival week, so I called on Saturday May 20th to check the status. I was told that our machines were there and the person on the phone actually went to the warehouse and touched them. We set up Saturday May 27th for the delivery and installation. I received a call this morning Friday May 26th that they had SOLD our machines and would need to reorder them. WTF They have not offered any compensation for this incident as of yet.

Love this store and that is the reason I am a returning customer. However I think your delivery and installation fee of $249 needs to be considered as unfair. I had a stove top conversion that was so simple since I had done all the work to make it so, done before hand. All the installer had to do was drop it in connect the wires and it was done within 30 minutes or less. Beforehand I was told I had to pay and extra $150 if any sawing was needed, $70 more I’d my stove needed to be slid out plus $50 more just to measure for fit. No materials needed to be removed or recycled. So I paid my $249 and was told possibly more and personally I was very offended by it all.

Last summer we purchased a Maytag washer and dryer combination from Pearson's Appliances in Fairfield. About 1 or 2 months later the washer stopped working. I contacted our salesperson Daniel at Pearson's Appliances. He took the lead in helping us through a difficult process based upon our Maytag warranty. He spent a lot of his own time helping us out, and in the end, Pearson's Appliances replaced our washer with a brand new and upgraded Maytag washer for no cost to us. Daniel and Pearson's Appliances provided the best customer service I have ever experienced in my life, and I'm an old guy! I highly recommend Pearson's Appliances in Fairfield. They truly stand behind their products and provide superlative customer service!

Recently I met with a salesman in the Cordelia store, gave him all my info to search for the appliance I needed as well as my complete contact info. He said he would contact me in one day with the appropriate appliance information. I had told him I was ready to purchase, I just needed to make sure it was going to be the correct unit. I never heard from Daniel at Pearson's. No call, no email, nothing. Very disappointing. They had an absolute sale with me. I waited the day, and at the end of the day, I went over to Home Depot and purchased my appliance from them instead. I'll never bother with Pearson's again.

I had my doubts going to Pearson's because of past experiences but Joseph came through for me many times. He's the bomb.

They installed the wrong dishwasher and so had to come back out and install the correct one (the two models were very similar - 1st one was $300 more). Second installer failed to turn off the water main and so my kitchen floor (wood) is now warped. Pearsons recently let me know that they don't really think it's their fault and so they are not planning on doing anything (they came by to take a picture and left). In addition, the ************* they installed failed after 3 days. When I called them for help, they sent someone out to look. When the person showed up, he said, \

Can't say too much about this place other than that they were advertised to be the best appliance center in Solano County in 2020. When we came in, response to us was a bit lukewarm. Selection was ok. Thankfully we shopped around and found a cheaper appliance. Not sure if Pearson will match prices.

I needed a new dishwasher, and Pearson's helped me find exactly what I needed. It was in stock, and they got it installed right away. I was really happy with the way I was treated and will go back again.
