I will not be returning to this location once I return this dog food. I spent $80 on Dog food that is over a year expired !!! Absolutely unacceptable and very unfortunate being the closest location to me and I will not be returning. Thankfully Petco is just a block away and much more trust worthy.

We bought a fish tank their and the workers and the supervisor was super helpful. The people were very nice to them and they also helped us carry the fish tank into our truck. Definitely coming again

DON'T DO BUSINESS HERE!!! False advertisers who do not honor their claim to match prices. On 12/29/23, my wife and I went into their Fairfield/Solano Mall location to purchase Soresto Flea collars for our two small dogs and two cats. We have been purchasing this item at this particular store for the last four years, once a year, as these flea collars are very effective and last over the 8month claim in the package. A few feet away from the checkout, in big bold letters on the wall, it says "Find a lower price and we will match", which we know, and is the reason why we go there. This time though, when the checker called her manager for the override, the manager stated they do not honor internet site pricing, only "brick and mortar" stores. I stated to her it does not say that on your wall, and demanded they honor to match the lower price like their wall says, and how previous employees had done for years. She asked for our email and addresses to look up our previous purchases from a year ago, and conveniently said she is not seeing it. As seniors, we are old school, we like to go in, purchase our items and go home. We could've ordered the items on-line instead, and I said that to my wife, and she said, "no, let's just go and get them today, I'd rather they get their collars today rather then waiting a week or two for the mail. The manager who denied us is Sarah. We asked and received corporates office number so we could make a complaint. We spoke with Belinda at Corporate and have a case number. Let's see what happens, because this is poor customer service. Both I and my wife worked in retail, and if a tag on the shelf or a sign was on display with incorrect information, we would immediately take it down and honor this customer.This is the reason "brick and mortar" stores (which means actual buildings, not internet sites) are losing business. Faithful old-school customers like us, who do not order everything off of Amazon, but like to go in and purchase immediately, I guess will have to jump in and go the internet route. Bye bye, Petsmart, you lost two customers today, and we will never shop their again and will tell all our family and friends the experience at your store. You're not the only store, there are plenty of other pet stores . The internet is your completion, so you need to treat your customers right or they can go elsewhere for better prices! Very dissatisfied customer.

This is a horrible place to get your dog groomed. They lack professionalism, and patience. First, the groomer was 15 minutes late to a 7 am confirmed appointment, while I was there at 6:50 am waiting in the cold with my dog . Once the groomer shows up she proceeds to tell me she does not have a key to open the door and we must wait for the manager who was 30 minutes late. Seriously, is this way we run businesses these days. To top everything off I get no apology from the personal being late but I leave my dog anyway to get a call back 20 minutes after I left that my dog is too nervous and nipping at them and I must come get him without services done. Well, I called a mobile groomer who provided great service and came to my home to groom my dog. She continuously acknowledged how good my dog was. I prefer to pay a little than deal with incompetent people at Petsmart . If you value your dog and time , don’t get your dog groomed here, ever.

Every time I make an appointment I'm left standing there and being ignored for 15 minutes. The staff is incredibly rude in how they talk to me. I've tried 4 times and it never gets better. Screw this place

3 hrs plus for such, groomer was very nice but my dog is licking to heal his paws, overall cut was terrible. I had to buy socks to put on him

I was greeted when I walked in and helped immediately to locate items that I needed. The prices are comparable to other pet stores, but they had such a variety of items to choose from you couldn't help but grab a few more items while you are there. I love that they adopt pets on the weekend, that you can also bring a pet into the store, they have training classes for dogs, and that you can earn points by signing up to be a member. This store is also located in a fantastic area in case there's other shopping you need to do.

I usually only come on here to give positive reviews but I’m here writing this today so hopefully the employees at this PetSmart Location can get the proper training they need to better serve future customers and hopefully not lose anymore loyal customer. After this incident, I have not been back for months and I use to make weekly trips to pick up crickets for my gecko and pray mantises. I also use to purchased my dog treats and cat food here. So a few months ago I was in the store just to pick up crickets. So I stood in line for this cashier (description: faded green hair lady) because typically they charge you for the crickets before they actually go get them. I don’t know why it’s done this way, but it seems pretty typical in other stores too. So this day I was in a hurry I purchase the crickets and then expected the lady to either get another employee to help me or to step away from the register and get my crickets herself. Instead she told me something about her just getting back from a weeklong vacation and that she didn’t have a headset. I am assuming they don’t have an intercom system for the store either or she didn’t know how to use because she made no attempt to contact anybody. So then she continued ringing up the half dozen other people in-line behind me. At this point I am getting really angry, I have paid for my order that I have not received and now I am made to stand there while this cashier rings up 5/6 customers behind me. I let her know this is not OK. I expect the professional thing for her to do is tell the other customers to hold on one moment and get the crickets, that will take all of one minute, then finish her line. I walked around the store several times looking for another employee and could not find another employee insight, except for someone who was introducing somebody to a dog in that little meet and greet section. So I went back to the cashier which she is now ignoring me now, and continuing to just ring up the rest of the line. So I am standing there for about 25 minutes with my receipts and no items. Needless to say, the line finally died down and then she just went looking for another employee to get the crickets instead of doing it herself, so I was getting pretty angry and just went to the cricket tub, ready to scoop them out myself . It was that action that got her to run over and start finally start doing it herself. She then threw the cricket bag on the shelf right there, didn’t even hand them to me and took off angrily with no words. I have never had an experience like this with PetSmart, but it unfortunately it was detrimental and inconvenient enough that I knew I didn’t want to chance encounter with the same cashier again. So moral of the story I now shop at PetCo and they are great!
