I've never had a bad experience here but today my experience was exceptional! The manager Zyree was so accommodating and very knowledgeable in there products. He made my experience here one to remember, he treated my children with respect and kindness and also listened to their request in regards to what they were looking for. If I could give more than 5 stars I absolutely would!

We came for a piercing appointment for my daughter. The staff are friendly and professional. Ashley was the one who did the piercing. She was very patient with my infant daughter. Ashley was accommodating since we wanted to take videos and pictures during the process. Overall a great experience.
