Great place for an excellent workout. Jeff does an amazing job creating a training program that meets everyone's level and needs. Don't be intimidated, walk in.. give it a try and you will be hooked!! Great nice non-judgmental people work out here.. All are welcome!!

Pinnacle Fitness has made a huge difference in my life. I was unfit and overweight and knew what I'd done in the past wasn't going to work. I spoke with the owner, Jeff Greer, and decided to start with a 6 week weight loss challenge and figured if I didn't like it, I only had to stay 6 weeks and I'd lose some weight in the process. I have just completed my 35th straight week! Not only have I lost weight, but I've also learned how to prepare menus and follow an eating plan for better health and performance. I have joined and quit a number of gyms, but never managed to find a place that I wanted to stick with for more than a few months. I think the the things that make Pinnacle Fitness different are: Accountability - you need to sign up and show up for scheduled sessions at Pinnacle Fitness, instead of dropping in (or not) at other gyms. Familiarity - at Pinnacle Fitness you are the focus and time is taken to get to know you, what your goals are, and what you want to achieve. Leveling Up - There are defined levels/ranks at Pinnacle Fitness that you can work towards. It's great to challenge yourself and have an outlined set of skills you need to complete in order to move up. Variability - Jeff always manages to come up with new and fun workouts, so it never gets stale. He also comes up with optional challenges for members so they can work towards a new goal. Assistance - Jeff is always available to offer assistance, insight, and guidance. He'll also alter exercises to accommodate your ability or an injury. He's done the work to educate himself on what he trains and your safety is of utmost importance to him. Camaraderie - at Pinnacle Fitness you will find a group of people that look for you at workouts, will encourage you, challenge you, and cheer you on. If you want results, this is the place to be.

I have been going to Pinnacle Fitness for over a year. I'm stronger now than I have been in years. Jeff, the owner, is knowledgeable in many fitness areas including nutrition. I have never injured myself because Jeff makes safety and doing an exercise in the correct form a top priority. Every day is a new workout with lots of fun thrown in so there's never boredom from doing the same thing every day. I also really like the FitRanX ranking system -- google it. It's a measurement of what your fitness level is so there's always a goal to attain. Give Pinnacle a try, you won't regret it. it's the best decision i've made to get stronger and healthier.

Working out at Pinnacle has been great. This is my third time participating in one of the challenges and all I can say is wow. Each time I do this I find out another level I am capable of. Last year I completed 4 spartan races and got my trifecta. This year my plan is to do at least 9 races and get my triple trifecta and honestly I am not sure I could have gotten here without Jeff and the support I get at Pinnacle. I consider the trainer Jeff a friend as he is always honest about where you are and where you could be which is hard to find in trainers now a days. During the challenge I learned about meal prep, supplements, I even got my wife to sign up and now she is training with me. Honestly I couldn't be happier with this gym. If your looking for a place that will push your limits, give you goals, teach you about good foods vs bad ones, and teach you about supplements. This is the spot.

Jeff at Pinnacle fitness has really helped me up my fitness level. Over the past year I have increased my strength, mobility and speed. Jeff listens to your concerns and works with to achieve your goals, if you are ready to put in the work. FitRanX motivates you to "Level Up" and gives you something to look forward to. With Jeff's guidance I was able to lose over 15 pounds during our recent fitness challenge by exercise and meal preparation! So I had my baby April 3, 2014 and I knew immediately after having my precious that I wanted to be more fit than I was pre-pregnancy and I knew a trainer could help me obtain my goal. Jeff is the BOMB.COM! No lie! He helped me to not only get into shape, but I am able to workout by myself on days that I didn't train with him. I am moving away and wont be able to work with him anymore but in 4-5 months he kicked my arse into shape! If youre looking for a trainer who is down to earth and who will work you hard, Jeff is the person see!
