At Planet Fitness, the atmosphere is welcoming, and the equipment is well-maintained. Customers praise the clean facilities and excellent customer service, with one highlight being the "off the hook" massage chairs. As a nationwide chain with over 2,700 locations, Planet Fitness provides a Judgement Free ZoneĀ® for people of all fitness levels to build strength at their own pace.
However, some customers have encountered issues. One reviewer, who has visited 73 different Planet Fitness locations, was frustrated by the lack of cleanliness under the machines and the presence of sick members coughing nearby, which disrupted their workout. Another customer felt that a manager was unprofessional in their approach, making snarky comments about the customer's phone usage. While most guests enjoy the amenities, a few have found other members to be rude.
Overall, Planet Fitness offers a welcoming space with quality equipment and services, though some locations may need to improve their cleanliness and customer service protocols to provide a consistently positive experience for all members.

I visited the Vacaville PF. They have the MTS Isolateral chest press, shoulder press, rowing, and pulldown machines - my go to equipment. Nice people, great workout!

Very busy with a lot of late age teens. They seem to always be good kids but my gosh do they take up a lot of equipment. That's all. Great place for a workout though.
