This place is a scam. I was told 2nd month would be free, that did not turn out. Asked to speak with the district manager and was told I would get a call. I never received a call so I called the corporate number and they said they would message the manager and have him call me. Still no call so I moved out. I scheduled move out in the app and moved all my stuff out two days prior to the date. I then called to make sure they moved me out and no one would pick up the phone so on my move out date I called corporate and they said they could move me out. I thought everything was fine and today I get an email saying I owe this months rent even though I’ve been moved out since last month. Terrible customer service not to mention my unit didn’t seal and I had dust all over my stuff. Do not rent from this place!

Recently rented a storage unit at your property. I had a few questions and the young lady Carla helping me was wonderful she was very informative. She answered all my questions very impressed. Carla is definitely a great asset to your property.

I have to say I’ve had my fair share of storage experiences over the years, but Carla made this one the absolute best. She was very knowledgeable and kind when it came to the million questions I had. I highly recommend doing business with her and this location.

Absolutely horrible service! Never answers the phone & hardly ever anyone in the office. I’ve gone by 2 days in a row, met with an EMPTY office!

Where do I begin ? I recently moved to the Fairfield from Sacramento area and needed some storage for most of my belongings. I came across this Public storage and read the reviews and decided to store my belongings here. Carla, what can I say? She made the process so easy , she recommended what size would work best , when I explained what I would be putting in storage. She made the experience really smooth and I couldn’t be happier. Thanks Carla, you are the best!
