I just recently rented a unit from this location and Carla made the process so smooth and easy. Not only was her customer service great she was informative. I originally wanted a 10x15unit at a different storage and I told her what I was storing and and she told I would need a 10x22 to store everything I was trying to move and that’s what I got. So happy cause the 10x22 would have definitely been to small!! Thank you ?

The staff are hard to get a hold of, and they have kept the shorter access hours they instituted during the pandemic, which is very inconvenient. They also have a huge mouse issue.

This storage is so messed up starting with the price $318 a month for a 10×10 unit is crazy they did me so dirty I had a unit for over a year I had my most personal valuable possessions including my daighters items she passed away I can never replace that stuff that's why I put it in there after couple months they stop excepting online payments so I had to go in the office to pay but every time I went no one was there I went every day for almost a month befor I had to go to work that set my unit behind by 2 weeks cause no one would ever be there for me to pay then they put my stuff up for auction and again no one would ever be in the office for me to pay so I slid the payment through Crack im the door they called later that day and informed me they will not except that payment it has to be cash only so I go in the next morning and I learned my things auctioned off and being picked up by the buyer I have been devastated and heart broken this is so messed up

Im not one who is normally prone 2 complaining or 2 be taken advantage of. But,this business is using current social climate 2 change the rules 2 accommodate themselves & 2 lessen the actual "work" that they may encounter on a daily basis. This may be an isolated problem due 2 poor management but I suspect it's become an acceptable practice company wide. The storage facility industry is fraught with many issues & I'm sure its a challenge 2 keep some tenants from abusing the rules & guidelines. However,due 2 the nature of the business & the fact that those in management, LIVE ON PROPERTY-therefore allowing for a hands-on approach 2 customer relations. At the same time,keeping in mind that every paying customer deserves 2 be treated respectfully. This Public Storage location has decided that due2 things like the local homelessness problems & "break-in" concerns,that making legitimate renters suffer by changing gate access hours 2 an unreasonable time frame (9:30 am to 6pm M-F & 9:30 am to 5pm on Sun!)While still charging premium prices! This is a business to avoid!!!

We went in to rent a unit and met Naomi. She is pretty amazing. Her customer service skills are incredible. Even with an office full of customers, she handled the chaos like a champ. People came in for various reasons and not only did she help each one but she was greeting them by name and making everyone feel welcome and valued. She is knowledgeable and efficient at her job. She made the whole process simple.
