Horrible customer service! The phlebotomists have no idea what they’re doing! I gave them many chances but always failed me!! I was the ONLY walk-in and I had to wait for over 2HOURS! I asked why I wasn’t called-in although it says 30-60mins waitlist and they were rude and unprofessionals!!! Om appointments have priority but with 5 phlebotomists and 2 appointments they had plenty of time to get walk-ins!!DO NOT WAISTE YOUR TIME there! Choose another location!

The facility itself isn’t bad just make sure you make an appointment or you will wait a while. I It’s a little frustrating when almost every time I go there someone new. It would be nice to see familiar faces more often, but other than that they do their jobs well.

They are lovely and kind people. They handled miscommunication from my provider very well. I appreciate their work.

It’s absolutely horrendous to make an appointment. White Lady with long grey hair is rude and loud. She seems to be enjoying herself as well. Why would you enjoy being rude to people? I ended up leaving after waiting 2 hours. She continued to be rude to the poor people who are older and barely spoke English. Totally unnecessary! No comparison.

FYI they do NOT do drug tests at this location and will send you away. This is despite the fact that you can check in at the kiosk and and select that you are there for an employee drug screen. Waited an hour for them to tell me they don’t do this any more. Not great.

BEWARE!!! It states that if you don't have any LAB ORDERS in their system . They will CALL your doctor to get them. But that's not true!!! After making my appointment a week ago and leaving work early just for Quest to tell me they don't have any Lab orders so they couldn't do anything. What a WASTE OF MY TIME!!!! PLEASE BE CAREFUL! This is POOR MANAGEMENT!!!! SHAME ON YOU QUEST!!!! 0 STARS!!!!

Went to get my blood drawn as a walk in, got there at 3:05 and the waiting room was empty. Waited 30 min before someone came out and said they don't take walk-ins after 3pm even though that's not advertised anywhere. Had to come back and waited 3 hours as a walk in since all the appointments were taken, I witnessed the staff being very short and rude to patients, not willing to answer questions and just telling them to wait their turn. They made one woman wait 2 hours just to drop off her blood work and an elderly lady 2 hours for just picking up a stool kit. They have no one working the front desk ever, it's like they want to avoid helping people as much as possible.

If being rude was an Olympic sport, the person who just took my blood would have gold medals across the board. Curt, condescending, and all around unpleasant. I had the opportunity to see her interactions with at least one other person and she was exactly the same way with them. If you're going to work in a medical field at least learn how to fake being pleasant when people are coming in for testing. The one good thing is at least she was quick. Unfortunately it was at the expense of a positive experience. I left just a few minutes ago feeling ashamed of myself for having to get a blood test my doctor order to help rule out a cancer diagnosis. So thank you, super unpleasant phlebotomist, for starting my day off even worse than I thought possible.

There's a problem with getting service EVERY time I bring my father here, wether he has an appointment or just walks in. Making an appointment ahead of time doesn't help at all.

The woman working the front is probably one of the laziest people I have ever met. She was not going to be helpful in any way today.
