Went in for lunch and to use the restroom. Ask cashier where restroom is. He tells me, but forgets to give me the code for it?! Thanks for helping and not helping at the same time man. Are youre employees high or just lack common sense?
Than when I get to the restroom and find there's no code, low and behold I cant find a single employee walking the floor. It is 12:08 on a Thursday and you have only 2 people up front. Thats it? Pathetic.
Code is 1989 for anyone wondering since Raleys cant seem to help.

They closed one entrance during COVID and it's still blocked off which is annoying but usually don't have a problem finding parking in the big lot. Prices are a bit high and they have carried some things we really like but then stopped carrying them which stunk but we understand the way it works with sales. Great for a quick stop by to grab something really quick.

I had to make the fastest dash thru the store. With no minutes to spare. But I did. They let me in the store with 10 minutes left. I accomplished most of my goal with very little left to finish. I was still successful. Thanks Raley's.

Went in a Thursday around 6pm to the deli. Got told the deli is closed. The hours on their website said deli was open til 8pm. There was no one else to talk to and the deli person was very unfriendly and not helpful. We shop here every time we are in town. It’s been a consistent decline at this Raley’s.

Is there a reason such an older man is pushing carts in 80 degree weather? My family and I were given the opportunity to talk to Jon the man who is pushing carts outside and it’s insulting to think that a man who can’t hold himself up is being put to work in these conditions? Jon was pushing 2-3 carts at a time with a cane to help himself up. I went inside the store for a good 30 minutes and every single person on the register and bagging groceries were definitely younger than 30. Is there a reason why none of those people could go outside to do carts beside him? Truthfully, my family and I couldn’t just watch him struggle to do it so me and three of my family members went and grabbed some carts to push inside because it’s extremely disgusting to have to watch that happen and turn my head. You people need to rethink your choices and consider your employees health before anything else.

This store is incredible. They recently got a new Store Director and the vibe has improved immediately. I always see Pete working on the sales floor.
Clean and uncluttered. WAY better than the Walmart down the street.
