Terrible service - will not guarantee work. and I will not return, nor would I ever refer anyone here. If you must come here, do not get the crash wrap service to your car. During the removal of the crash wrap the technician broke the plastic triangular corner trim separating the rear passenger and quarterglass windows and basically just glued everything back together. He said that a manager would reach out to me for repair but never did. Furthermore when I followed up with the store they said that their disclaimer form, which they my make you sign before the crash wrap service, exempts them from responsibility of their technician's screw up. Worst part is they had the nerve to charge the full amount - not even a reduced cost for the damage incurred to my car. Go to a place that will guarantee their work. This place is aweful.

The “manager” here is extremely unprofessional. She wasn’t apologetic about them cutting a sensor. Instead she was super short , nasty toned . The employees here said she’s new … you could tell she never worked a job like this and it shows. The installers are much nicer . Maybe get a man to run the shop women are emotional

My window fell back down after going in for a window repair. Went in there myself found zip ties holding my left side window up. Glass shattered by this point. Paid 600$ for zip ties. Feels like I got scammed. Very shady people here.

Prices are $200 more than local mobile glass repair. Cannot even talk to a human when you call, I literally tried every phone option for 30min, closest I got was a voice recording for their "Executive Team". Additionally, theor website simply refused to take the $50off promo.. So lost evem MORE.

I have had nothing but problems with several jobs and I can’t get a hold of anybody to do warranty repair. I will never use Safelite again.

They had me in and out in a flash. It was wonderful. They even allowed me to bring my dog Hector in and he was the star. Lol

This Safelite location has an extremely slow turnaround time.I made a claim with my insurance and connected with Safelite on May 29, 2023. My car was so new Safelite didn't have my windshield in stock, but I was told I would get a call when it was in stock. After 1 month, I called and the part still wasn't available. Three months later, I called again. They had the part and didn't call me, but we made an appointment. When my appointment arrived, I dropped off my car 45 minutes early. I appreciated their flexibility, but the service did not begin until 1 hour after the scheduled time. The estimate was 3-4 hours, but I waited 7 hours for my car to finish and didn't receive an update from the technicians. It turns out they were having trouble with the repair hence the long wait time and they could not complete the job.The staff was nice when we did speak with each other, but kindness, timeliness, and effectiveness are three separate qualities. I did not receive a timely or effective service.

I should have listened to a friend. Their appointment was canceled two hours ahead of time when they were told that safelite does not service their area afterall. I had an appointment setup for weeks and arranged my entire day around this appointment when they canceled hours before because Safelite doesn't do what they said they could, recalibration on their mobile service. Then they wanted to reschedule at their facility and added $100 to the cost.

They did a good job replacing the windshield. It's the price that got me. $2000 to replace a windshield. In the past I've gone to R and R glass in Fairfield. But the Insurance Company made us an appointment with safelite. So we went to them. Next time I'm going to shop around a little bit.

1st appointment they ordered the glass for the wrong car2nd appointment was 3 months later since the windshield glass was on back order. They rescheduled due to the glass not showing up yet. 3rd appointment (The following week) the glass was damaged and couldn't be installedCurrently they're able to schedule me for the following day with a new piece of glass which I had been waiting 3 months originally for since it was back ordered...? But now I can get it in less than a day? Something's not adding up. I've had to leave work early twice for their mistakes? I wish I could give less than 1 star. Pretty disappointed with such a well named company, surprised by the incompetence.

On a recent trip to Washington a gravel truck lost som rocks and cracked the windshield on my MercedesI contacted my insurance company who strongly recommended Safe lite Glass in Cordelia. My insurance company did not want me to take it to Mercedes Benz of Fairfield ( due to cost )However I did get them to agree to OEM glass.I made my appt with Safelite, paid my deductible and got the new windshield. I was told that only their most experienced Tech had the knowledge to repair my car correctly.Leaving Safelite, as soon as I got on the freeway, I noticed a large amount of wind noice from the top of the windshield. When I got home I called Safelite and they made a new appointment for me so they could "fix" the problem. The technician called after driving my car and agreed that there was indeed some air leaks.I was contacted by Safelite that afternoon that my car was ready, I spoke directly to the tech that told me he had removed my windshield, re sealed and reinstalled it.I asked if the noise was gone and was shocked to hear the tech tell me " we don't have time to drive the cars after we work on them" I have been in the automotive business over nearly 50 years and don't know any reputable shop that does not make sure the work they did is correct.Well, upon picking up my car the wind noise was worse than the first time.I contacted my insurance company and advised them of the issues and further that I would be taking my car to the dealer. The insurance company relented. The dealer inspected the windshield and advised me that it had been installed incorrectly. The windshield was removed and reinstalled correctly and no more wind noise.Bottom line don't let your insurance company bully you into using sub par products and a cut rate shop just to save them money! If their most experienced tech does not know what he's doing, this is not the place to take you car

I should've never came to this one. I should've went to the one in concord. Came here to replace my front windshield, not only they took an ENTIRE day but once I came to pick up it was cracked and they said they're going to replace it. Oh and not only that but a piece of my front windshield came off and the young man said it wasn't really necessary. EXCUSE ME... HUH WHAT DO YOU MEAN. Why else would it be installed there then??? My boyfriend put it back for me. Anyways, I really didnt wanna come back as I'm very busy and I'm a mom. They should've gotten it right the first time. Seem like very careless people working there. Came back the second time and LORDDDD.... let me tell you, not one not two but at least 4 people were complaining about how they messed up their order or their windshield wasn't replaced right. I was nervous for my car but my insurance told me to come here. But once I picked up my car everything was fine UNTIL I started to drive. I keep hearing this cracking sound like it was about to crack and the windshield is definitely not like my original look like very cheap version. I thought the sound will go away but it's been weeks and hasn't. Anyways, fast forward to 4 weeks later (yesterday) and my front rear view mirror was loosen they didn't tighten it hard enough. Had to drive ALL the way back for them to tighten it back up for me. Luckily the young man that helped me that day was kind and really fast.
