I was in the area and decided to stop by. This place is right at the corner and there's tons of parking. This place was pretty big and they had a ton of things. A lot of furniture and appliances. The appliances seemed to be in amazing condition and the price was amazing. They also had a lot of home decor. The furniture was 50 percent off. I was able to find a few frames at excellent prices. The staff here was very help and friendly. Pricing was excellent. Highly recommend this place.

I had made an appointment to have my item picked up a t.v table and my husband said just cancel and we can drop it off in Fairfield. So we loaded in our car went up their to be told they are not taking anything today . Ask the girl if I could just drop it off since we drove up from Vallejo, to be told there’s only me and another person so she’s sorry but no. Nw you would think that they would leave behind at least one person who could do this task. So we just brought it home left it out side with a free sign, I have donated couch and love seat before but this will be the last time I ever offer this business anything or refer them to anyone.

all the good guys are gone, Brendan and Jacob were such nice guys on pickups. its all younger kids now not knowing what they take or how to handle furniture correctly. let alone strong. the people now aren't really knowledgable of what they do and do not take. Jake and Brendan used to kill it on pickups. they were nice, respectful and funny. if they didn't take one of our donations it was because of a understandable reasoning. they would politely tell us why, explain everything going on and show us why. if anyone was in need of help, our situation of our father passing. in need of help, they would either work with us and gladly take it even if it didn't "pass" there need. they would take the items out of consideration for help or give us other options to donate too. I was recommended by a neighbor who has had those two men pick up donations.

DO NOT TRUST THEM ... THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT PEOPLE!! We have had them pick up furniture from the side of our house without there being an issue, and they raved about the quality and condition of the large items that we donated. However, this time they showed up 10 minutes before closing and stated that 1) they would not take the furniture from the side of the house 2) they have a deadline (to stop working at 4:00 pm). Why pretend like you are in the business of helping people when you're really not concerned with providing people who need assistance with quality home furniture. This stuff is brand new. It hurts my heart to know that due to time constraints the furniture had to be discarded when it could have been a wonderful help to someone. AGAIN I REPEAT DO NOT TRUST THEM TO MAKE THE RIGHT DECISION FOR PEOPLE IN NEED. Very sad

Large selection, helpful staff of volunteers! Kitchen cabinets, sofas, dining room sets. There is also a large selection of tools, building supplies here too. Do you need painting supplies or a free standing sink, an upscale tub? That's here too. Great place to save money on YOUR home restoration.

I've been donating to this location for years. They get pick of my donations. No more. Their staff turnovers are amazing - gone are the good people - now it's how fast can I leave and why are you bugging me. Time to start donating to the Vets. Avoid this place - they don't live up to the name.

I was in search of a love seat for my new apartment. I went to ReStore because I know they have high standards for donations. I'm glad I did because I found exactly what I needed. La Z Boy in great condition! No stains and smells good, with a great price! The pick up process was great. They loaded the couch into our truck so quickly.

There is nothing bad I can say about the Habitat for Humanity ReStore in Fairfield. I mean let's be honest, they're all great. Fairfield boasts an especially great and helpful staff that will not fail to let you know that they are there if you need them for anything. Their selection of furniture is expansive in every category, and so well organized it feels like home in there! Whether it's couches, cabinets, dining sets, ceiling fans, bookcases, mirrors, (the list goes on....) you can be sure that Fairfield ReStore will have it and the staff will be more than ecstatic to help you find what you're looking for. Thank you for everything Fairfield!!!

Always enjoyed my visits to the Restore .I have only one request, please update the hours on web sites . I thought they changed back to the 9-5 hrs and that I missed the email for it, needlessly I showed up just after 9 and found out that the hours were wrong on web site . Please change them .

I have always thought highly of the mission and service Habitat of Humanity has, and over the years have donated some very high quality furniture and other items rather than selling them through a consignment store, because the company helps so many people in need, And I felt good about donating to them. My opinion of there selling practices has dropped from a 10 to a zero. Here is why. Yesterday about 3pm I went to the Fairfield store looking for a bookcase and found just what I wanted but would need to pick it up in the morning with a vehicle to transport it home. The clerk at the register very kindly took my name and put a 'Hold' on it, saying I could pick it up anytime before 11am in the morning. The next morning I arrived at 10am just as they opened for the day. I told one of their employees I had come to pay and pick up my item. We went back to see it and yes it was still their but my name and the 'Hold' ticket had been removed and the price had been increased to triple what it was when the hold had been put on it. Fortunately the same clerk who put the hold on it was there and verified everything. But after she talked to I think the manager, they refused to honor the original price saying a mistake had been made by another employee . The total cost was still reasonable but it just seemed like a 'bait and switch' and totally dishonest. I decided not to purchase the item and also do not plan on giving or buying anything from them again.
