Mike took the time to explain in detail how he will repair the sofa. It sounded if he really knows his business. We ended up not getting the sofa repaired. I really appreciated his honesty.

Take awhile to get back. Don't be in a hurry. But all upholstery shops in Fairfield are that way. He does get the job done.
