Beware when preordering phones with a trade in at this location - they will not help you if they mess up. I came in last week to preorder an S24+ because I saw tmobile was offering a good trade in credit on a 4 year old backup phone I had laying around. When they were taking my preorder in store, I told them I wanted to also trade in my old phone. They told me that was fine and to just bring the trade in after I received the preorder phone in the mail. I was a little uncomfortable about how little they were asking about the specifics of my trade in phone and that the contract they asked me to sign did not mention the trade in anywhere, so I asked multiple times if everything was set on the trade in, and they assured me it was.One week later, I get the phone in the mail and come to in to trade in my old phone. When they pull up my account to complete the trade in, they told me there was no trade in listed. They then told me there was nothing they could do in store and that I had to call tmobile directly and solve it with them. So I called tmobile 611 and after 30 minutes of talking they confirm that the salesperson at this location did not list any trade in when I did my preorder. However, they agreed to send me a shipping label for me to send the phone in and work with me to get the trade in value credit. Now I have to ship the phone, and wait two weeks for a call back to hopefully get my trade in credit applied.We will see how that goes I guess.So basically the employees at this location did not properly do the trade in despite being asked multiple times, and when the error was found the next week, their only solution was for me to figure it out myself as there was nothing they could do in store. This is particularly worrying because there are no consequences for the store that made the mistake here. I am now the one who has to resolve it with multiple phone calls to tmobile corporate and shipping the phone back, while the person who messed up my trade in has no incentive to fix their mistake going forward for other customers.

I really don't know what's going on with this store, I went to change my phone number and the employees are very rude and unprofessional, they laugh at the customers behind their backs, they even laughed at an older lady who was disrespectful. They should have more respectful employees IM not coming back anymore

I would not recommend t mobile to a bum on the street, not only did they give my sister a watch and promise of a phone, while she didnt sign any contract, and was also charged for a phone, she never got, all while still under the, "30 day return policy," she decided to return the items, to whit $130 dollars later, which she was also promised by corporate in Fairfield and the main corporate headquarters, she never got any of her money back, at all. My sister did, however get a bill, for service, which she never had a phone to get service, and in ghe end was only promised, $38 dollars back, which sh still hasnt received. This all started back in December, I believe. Still nothing. I would not ever recommend t mobile, at all, due to their lack of honesty, living up to their own return policies, nor their customer service attempting to help solve a problem which they created. I would give no stars if possible.

Unfortunately I did not get the gentleman name who helped me, but he looked to be lead maybe? Young, tall African American gentleman.. Anyway I really wanted to thank him for helping me today, I spent 20 minutes at the upstairs T-mobile in the mall with a guy who made what I was requesting seem impossible(return a WiFi router I had shipped to me) only to walk into this T-mobile, explain to this gentleman what I’m needing and what I just went through, and he was able to get it done in less then 3 minutes while also training three other employees how to do it in the process.Amazing customer service & leadership skills.Thank you so much!

I came in a couple times & I don't go to no other location than Fairfield. They were genuine and helped me till the end, great conversations, quick and easy.

We went and bought a new phone and added a new line to my account, they did not even activate the line we bought. We had to call T-Mobile customer service to activate it
