Always seen this new storage facility and finally was in need of a unit. I did majority of my research online and got a lease ready to go. Walked into the building and meet the wonderful manager ✨Pang✨ she was such a breath of fresh air. She was so sweet and so knowledgeable. Even though I was a pretty easy in and out customer, she chatted with me and got to know what my needs were. She even volunteered to walk me to my unit to make sure everything was to my liking! Honestly it’s people like her that makes such a huge impact on people on the outside! So full of energy and good vibes. Definitely left feeling like I made a friend. Thank you Pang! I hope to continue seeing your bright personality!

I have been here for over a year and one thing stands out. Pang the manager was able to show me around as I needed a second unit. She really tried to figure out what the best option was for me as far as identifying the appropriate size so I didn’t have to pay for the biggest unit, but the right unit. It is always clean and the maintenance lady was so kind in helping me clean up my unit as she offered to help without me asking.
Today, a woman was in the office upset about something that had nothing to do with the storage facility b/c they wouldn’t let her in the facility b/c she wasn’t on the storage rental, but attempting to get in. I actually complimented Mae on her ability to stay calm and offer the woman some water along with her dog as well when the woman was extremely rude.
I’m just impressed with the staff and the cleanliness of my unit. I would definitely rent here knowing your stuff is clean, safe, and to top it off always a pleasant experience with the staff always trying to help.

Our unit was infested with spiders and other insects. We had to fog the unit regularly at our own expense. We found what looked to be a dead black widow spider, a dead potato big and other insects. They were inside all of our plastic storage bins and almost all of them had lids that snapped onto the box part.
