I went into T-Mobile in the Fairfield mall upstairs to get info on deal to trade in old phone and pay off, get new phone and number. After signing up for deal the manager told me all they were out of stock in the Samsung 22 free phone at the time. they told me to come back later would have phone then. I went back next week they still did not have phone made me wait 2 hours only tell me that the deal i signed up for he was not giving me-new number I had to keep old number and phone not free. I said he had misrepresented T-Mobile products, and I did not want plan to cancel whole thing. He yelled at me told me I was rude and to get out of the store or security would remove me. He refused to give me my money back for products. I called the corporate office to tried to get back my 108$ they are horrible promised me multiple time they would give me my money. I went back and for with them for 5 months trying to get my money the corporate office is as bad as Fairfield store. They lied to me over and over again I have never gotten my money back. T-Mobile suck in every way. They misrepresent their product offers and if you cancel in the 14-day time frame, they still won't give you your money back. I do not recommend T-Mobile for any reason they suck.

I went into the T-mobile at the mall just to take a look at the deals they had to offer. A young man named Guillermo sat me down & took his time to explain all promotions & the details of my account, he was very professional & and spoke to me like we've know each other for year, he made me feel very comfortable. The store was clean & welcoming as I was greeted by all staff members. As he dove deeper into my account he found I was eligible for some major discounts, I got the new Samsung galaxy 23 the one w/ the cute lil pen and he helped me get extra lines for my family and a new table for my son Santiago. I will only go to this location for the excellent customer service I was provided. Thank you Guillermo and crew for helping me !!

I was visiting family and my phone was having issues. I was close to the mall and hadn't been in a while. I was welcomed by KB right away. She was friendly & knowledgeable. She was able to explain what was going on with my phone & walk me through the steps so I am able to fix it myself if I need to.

Reason WHY I gave 1 star, there was no option to give NO STARS!!! NEVER go to this T-Mobile, we arrived 10 minutes before opening and when it was time to open, the girl ANGIE already looked like she didn't want to be there!!! She was so salty from the time we walked through the doors and we should've just left, but we gave her the benefit of the doubt.....well that was a mistake!!! Everything we asked couldn't be done in-store, so we agreed to do it her way and everything seemed fine, she said she would go get the new phone or we could order it, my daughter called Customer Care and found out that she could transfer her number to our account in 2-3 minutes, which this girl ANGIE said it would take 3-30 days to do so, the other guy employee looked lost, but just agreed with what ANGIE was saying. When I confronted ANGIE that customer care was taking care of the number change and it would only take a couple of minutes, her whole attitude and demeanor totally changed to worse!!! Long story short, I did tell her if she DID NOT want to work, she should've NEVER came in and walked out!!! We went to T-Mobile at 2700 North Texas and was greeted by IRMA & KAYLA, IRMA assisted us, talk about a total 360 in customer service, these ladies are awesome, knowledgeable and PROFESSIONAL vs Ms. RUDENESS ANGIE!!!

I’ve never used this store before, but based off this one experience and this one man I dealt with it’s pretty clear this is how they run this store.I was told by their customer service to bring in my WiFi router and return it in store. After about 15-20 minutes of going back and forth he told me I could not do it because it was shipped to me and I could go to the gateway store & have my label printed, so I went only for them to tell me he very much could have done it, probably just did not want to because it’s a little more complicated being that it was shipped to me and not store bought. But the gentleman at the gateway store went above and beyond & helped me while training his staff on how to do this type of transaction. Don’t waste your time here just go to the gateway store across the street.

according to Google hours they close at 9pm. Called several times after 8 and someone picks up the phone and hangs it up. Just update your hours not so hard.

From my recent experience, it went smooth and the customer service was beyond exceptional. We wanted to get a phone for my daughters birthday, unfortunately it was out of stock. However the 2 reps who were working with us went out of their way get the phone for us just in time. I can't thank them enough for their help and the amazing deal they provided us. They helped secure so many smiles! Thank you!

My husband went to this store (Note: I verified the location address to the documents we received) when my phone had died, requesting the free upgrade if we remained customers for 24 more months (this offer was made on the phone by a T-Mo rep). Angela said that was not a problem, did the data transfer for $35, then proceeded to add other items to his shopping bag because "the protective cover is not in stock so I will substitute with these items". He asked twice "are there any other charges associated with these items?" and was told he only had to pay the sales tax for the value of the items...Next day, surprise, they have added a new phone line to our account at an additional $10 per month + taxes. We were out of town, so upon returning, I reviewed our T Mobile account only to discover that she had set up 2 installment contracts via docusign (a total of $372) to pay for all of the items, just a bit each month so most folks probably wouldn't even notice! While I was going to take everything back to the store, a T-Mobile Dispute Resolution rep (customer service via 611) agreed to take the additional items back, emailed a prepaid shipping label and agreed to honor the offer that had been originally made for the phone upgrade. The T-Mobile Dispute Resolution person apologized for the "fraudulent activity that I encountered in their store" and "assured that we will be looking into this". We have been T-Mo customers for over 10 years and have otherwise been happy with them-- total BUYER BEWARE going to this location--consider yourselves warned!

Very friendly and provided all the assistance they could. Unfortunately they couldn't take the trade-in phone as time had elapsed, but they gave me the number to call for a shipping label.

I was refused access to enter the store and browse around to look at the phones they are offering. The employee told me that she wont let me in because I do not intend on making a purchase and if i just browse around without making a purchase it will mess up their store count. I find this very unreasonable as a tmobile customer for many years that I can't enter the store to just take a look, especially a store that is located in a mall. This is very sad!!
