Went in to upgrade my phone. Both employees working there looked like they didn't wanna be there. Lady that helped me out was super rude and smart with me, kept me there only to tell me they didn't even have the phone in stock all because I didn't want to change my family plan. Waste of my time. I ended up taking my business elsewhere. Would not recommend this location if anything go to the one near the 80 by the mall

Yohan….. you gave my daughter and I a great experience in your store. You were easy to talk with and you took care of our needs. I have never been to this location for my account needs before and I’m glad I did this evening. If you need some help with your phone or need a new line, go see him. He is great. Thank you Yohan!!!

It was nice ? THAT WAS THEN A MONTH LATER I FOUND THAT THE SERVICE DOESN'T WORK IN SOME AREAS AND I DON'T HAVE MY LONG IN TO NETFLIX YET

If I could give this store 0 stars I would !!! I had a terrible experience at this store the supervisor Johan would not exchange my i-pad that I bought two days ago. I took the i-pad out of the plastic took it out of the box turned it on and it already had a passcode. Factory reset would not even work. I took it to this location which is the same location I purchased the i-pad from. The supervisor Johan refused to help me. He never even looked up my account. He told me that I must have put a password on it and will not exchange it. I called t-mobile customer care and they said they have a buyers remorse policy where you can exchange or return any brand new device within 14 days. It has only been two and he refused to help me. At this point he wouldn’t even look up from his device. I am totally disgusted with how this was was handled especially since I have been a t-mobile customer for 10 years. I do not recommend this location they are careless and rude.

Manager was extremely rude with a very unprofessional demeanor. Definitely need reprimand. He showed out in front of customers as if he has no one to answer to. Terrible service. would definitely not recommend. He evan varied himself with arrogance.

Stopped in today because I need to upgrade my phone. I was greeted by Imara. She answered my questions and concerns. Customer service is A+.Place is also very well kept, not like other stores I've seen. Highly recommended here.

Worst customer service ever! I came into the store just to return a T-Mobile Cellspot. I read on TMO's website that in order to return it at a TMO store, you can not have started the return process. However, when I went to the store the first employee asked me, "do you have a return label?" I explained that the website states that I should not do this and showed him the site. Immediately, a black gentlemen, who I assume was the manager jumped in and told the employee to walk away and ignore me. I was left perplexed. I wasn't aggressive, combative or belligerent. I didn't get so much as an explanation if they had changed their policies from what was online and no offer to help resolve this with their customer service. This is the worst kind of customer service is this where they don't explain anything and just ignore you. I've had better manners children.

I wasn't acknowledged for about a total of 10-15 minutes upon entry. Granted, the two available associates were helping two separate families at the time but to not even say as much as a "hello" or a "welcome in" was very poor customer service. Despite this I found the charger I was looking for as I walked around the store and of course it was locked and required the aid of an associate. I went and stood by the nearest family being helped by an associate as its unclear what the process is or where the checkout line would be in the store. I stood by this family for some time before I received an eventual "we'll be with you shortly". All in all I was in this tiny store for over a total of 30 minutes just waiting to be serviced to buy a simple cell phone charger that I spotted within 5 minutes of being in the store. Definitely wouldn't recommend this place but they're definitely in line with the general decline of quality customer service in America.

Ignorant, unprofessional, and lazy associates work here. The lady did not listen to me when I explained to her that I was opening my own account with my old numbers. She didn't ask me questions so I assumed she knew what she was doing. I got to the point of her running my credit and opening my account when they then told me they couldn't transfer my old numbers to this account and they told me I "needed to have our previous account holder release our numbers," which I already did and I told them I did. They then told me that the new account they were making me was for new number lines and they could not transfer the old numbers otherwise I'd have double the lines on the account. They told me they couldn't help me in-store and I needed to call t-mobile customer service instead. Everytime I go in here, it's like they are having a party and I'm bothering them.

I was needing to get away from my current carrier and decided to go with T-Mobil, they had discounted plans for members of CSAA as well as discounts for seniors, no strings attached. Had some issues ironing out the details and provisions of the different plans and the prices but the staff at the store came through.

Some of the workers in this store don’t know what they are doing and even lies, and the manager also is not professional ; he act like someone ready to fight with the customers . or even more as a manager he doesn’t know what actually going on in the store?♂️. Sad experience. I never experienced something similar in other T-Mobile store. T-Mobile as a good company need to reconsider who can take care of customers inside this store.

Imara was AMAZING! My moms phone broke and Imara took EXCELLENT care of her. She was very patient and knowledgeable, helping her with all her needs. As our parents get older we are very appreciative of the care they get. I'd give 10 Stars if I could. Thank you T-Mobile for hiring such kind people like her with excellent customer service. My mom get a new phone she LOVES.

Went in to upgrade phone. Was greeted promptly and professionally by Brandon. He answered my questions in regards to my needs and recommendations for a new phone. This location in general has always been professional, helpful and friendly each time I have been into the store. I will keep coming back to this location as the service provided by the associates has been above and beyond.

i went last week with my husband we tray to buy the new iphone 14 the service was really bad they were so rude they bearly try to help… they were ignored us….
