Rude customer service from the “manager” who will laugh in your face. The service at this store is the worst. I will never shop at this store again. Shop online or at another store before ever shopping here!

One of the worst experiences I’ve ever had with any retail business. Yesterday I had called the store to have a jersey set aside and when I had asked what time I could pick it up I was told anytime after 10am tomorrow. The next day I get there at 10am and the store is not open. I check their hours and their hours online advertise 10am-7pm so I expected them to be open. I wait for an hour and a half watching about 10 other customers try to open the door and then leave until finally someone comes to open the store at 11:28am. I go inside and mention the long wait to the manager whose name was Efren. No apology was given, only a bit of attitude. I was told that they open at 11am and I must’ve “called the Napa location and have gotten their hours”. Which does not make sense because how would I have called the wrong store if the jersey I had requested the day before was set aside with my name on it? Their own workers gave me the wrong hours and even if they did open at 11am they were still late. Efren who was the manager gave me no comfort for waiting the 1.5 hours in a massive heat wave. Terrible customer service and overall horrible experience.

I went looking for a specific brand and color of soccer socks, and even the manufacturer did not carry what I needed. So I went to the Colosseum and the gentleman in the front greeted me when I came in the door, and he physically walked me over to the soccer sock and got me the brand and color that I needed so instead of me, wandering aimlessly in the store, I was able to check in and out in two minutes and I was pleasantly treated. I will be back for the customer service and the huge selection.

We were only customers in the store. When the young gentlemen were super rude and it was like I shouldn’t be asking some advice. He didn’t want to go over to the shoe rack and I had to ask him to step over there. Prices are super high. Only thing that might be good is you can try on a shoe to see how it fits before you go online or to another store to purchase the same shoe. I’m surprised this store in in business. Owner needs to check his employees. He might just make more money if they were so rude.

Just to say that their location on Google maps is wrong but that's a minor detail. They get 5 stars because of the excellent customer service. Efren was super helpful and made sure my son got the cleats that were a sure fit for him. The store was stocked with plenty of sizes, variety and colors of everything a soccer fan needs. I recommend this store to any one that needs anything soccer!!!

If you like soccer or fútbol this is the spot. Nice selection of jerseys from all over. Clean hats and jackets. I get my daughters soccer gear here. Sure you could “Amazon” stuff, but sometimes it’s nice to browse. Picked up a cool Mexico trucker hat. All around good service too.

I had an awesome experience today with the Vacaville location. Junior was super super helpful and patient by answering all my questions and working with his superiors to get my order in. He promptly comminuted.I would definitely recommend this place.Thanks Junior, I finally got my LFC hat that I have been looking for months now. Can’t wait to receive it??
