This review is for Mirla, very rude & seemed to be judging me & my husband the whole time. We went to get a new joint account for us. At the end of dealing with her piss poor attitude, she then tells us we won't be getting any cards cause apparently they don't do that for new accounts. NEVER have I ever heard of that, I've been a member for over 5 years and always gotten a print of card. It wasn't because the printer was down IT WAS BECAUSE "THEY DONT DO IT FOR NEW ACCOUNTS". Also did not get a after visit folder with all our disclosures. After a couple days this didn't seem right and I reached out to my family member who works at the branch and pretty much said she was full of sh*t & should've given us our cards & our disclosures. She seems like she does this often & is very unprofessional. Won't be back to this branch. She's gonna catch someone on the wrong day.

I feel when someone is doing their banking, other employees shouldn't interrupt unnecessarily. I was depositing a check and also getting a cashier's check. While the gentleman was helping me, a fellow employee at a nearby desk was talking to them in Spanish. I didn't mind the different language, but I did mind this other employee bothering the person helping me and distracting them. Then the same lady decided to get up from the desk & walk by near the employee helping me and still continue to talk to them, while the employee was causally interacting as well.Very frustrating when someone is dealing with money and others are rudely distracting them for something that could have waited. Won't return to this location again.

Too many inconveniences here lately…becoming very unprofessional1) Forced me into a business account which I didn’t need, then said I needed to come back when a business rep was actually available. 2) “Ran out large bills” and gave a couple thousand in way too many $20 bills.3) A young guy wearing earbuds greets me at the door at 4pm and says they are doing a system update soon and can’t help me now. Could you not wait until closing time to do that? And my transaction was simple enough to finish in 2 minutes tops (needed to re-deposit the excessive $20 bills they stuck me with last time).What’s happening at this branch?

if you come here and check in to talk with an associate but get the lady at the first desk named Myrla, run. she will spend half of the time helping you making calls because she doesn’t know what she’s doing, more than half of the time spent with her is her on the phone getting help rather than talking to you. besides wasting time, i left with what i needed to be done, not finished. the card that she helped me set up did not work at the end of the day which resulted in me coming back after endless calls.

What a waste of time! Called customer service and gave up when I was on hold for 20 minutes and figured I'll just go in person. Stood in line for 30 minutes to speak to a teller just for her to brush me off and say go to account services.

Nightmare! As I write this, I am sitting on hold for the millionth time trying to get the title to my loan I paid off 4 months ago!!!! Granted I’ve had a special circumstance but was told it was handled months ago only to get nothing. Call after call and keep getting told the same thing about an email not being properly sent to title to release it. I’m beyond frustrated with Travis CU.

So during a deposit I had to make, I still had a lot of tape on my cash. In that case I had to take it all off and the woman helping me Kiki (or Keke sorry didn't ask for spelling) offered to help which I respectfully declined because of how bad I felt. However, she still ended up aiding me in the end. Very polite and kind even through my inconvenience. Thanks! And I'm sorry again haha!

This is the worst financial institution I have ever dealt with, my debit card number was used fraudulently, Travis gave credit for 30 days, then obtained order information from the company that processed the fraud order on my account, so they removed the credit, due to the fraudulent order was sent to my home, Travis did not believe me, Travis was not on my side treated as though I was lying about the whole ordeal. Travis doesn't value its customers at all. Please be careful, I would not recommend this credit Union to anyone.
