Horrible customer service! I hate to leave negative feedback but something has to be said. No one is around to help and the ones who are either don't help or act like they don't see you. I literally asked someone for help and she just looked at me and turned the other way. The only person who offered a good suggestion was a contractor!

Today I went in for some LED household lights and great deal on. Milwaukee Compact Drill. The customer service of 2 people (Madaleese & Dave) in the tool department was above and beyond the call of duty. The Milwaukee was stored down under the lowest shelf locked up & the combo were extremely difficult to manipulate for both of them. They both laid on the ground to access 2 locks and retrieve the drill I wanted. I thanked them for their efforts and they thanked me for the business. With customer service like this it's no wonder I keep returning to my neighborhood Home Depot. Of course the tool was of great value, as it was on sale with 2 extra goodies included!

We scheduled an appointment with the Home Services Department to discuss kitchen countertop install project. Appointment was at 2pm Tuesday. The assigned consultant never showed up or called. Waste of my time. Strike 1 for Home Depot.

5:55pm and they had 2 employees working the register and 3 self check-out kiosks open. To be clear, the 2 employees, were hovering over self checkout because people over 45 hate using them. Do us all a favor and open the lanes and allow people to get in/out of stores rather than being forced to shop online.

Went in after 7 pm, good time to go. I had no clue where to find 2 specific items my contractor asked me to pick up. I saw an associate as I entered the front door and asked him where I can find a particular floor trim and he immediately guided me to the right aisle. I wish I got his name. Secondly was a clear silicone seal for my shower door and Ray (associate) was also very kind to direct me to the correct aisle. Smooth shopping and I even picked up some AA batteries on the way out. The cashier was as friendly (I believe his name was Mark). Very good customer service and was so pleasant to talk to. Thanks Fairfield Home Depot. I shall shop here again.

I returned a tarp to Home Depot that I bought earlier today. It was too small. When I returned it with the receipt they lady wanted the debit card I paid with. I didn't have it. Left it at home because I was with my husband and he had his. Said we wanted cash back. To buy another one. Anyways. She would not refund it. Said we needed the debit I paid with to get cash back. I told her we have never had to do this. She said that's how she was trained. So we asked for store credit so we could get a bigger one. She wanted his ID and logged it into the system. And then when we went to use it it wanted us to scan his ID too! Why is it like this?? Why do I need my debit card for cash back? This makes no sense at all!! I had my receipt.

Home Depot contracts with Blocktops in Sacramento. Three hours after I had my countertops torn out, Blocktops says they aren't going to install my countertops and home depot is like, oh well, here's your money back. Two and a half months later can't find anyone to install my countertops. I have no sink, no countertops and my new dishwasher is sitting out in the garage cause Blocktops said to have all my appliances on site.

Tried to return online purchase- waited for over half hour - never received service. Line out the door for returns. One employee by herself- no help. Phone ringing entire time. Absolutely horrible customer service. Difficult to get help with anything there

Overall they have a pretty wide Selection of garden tools, plants and flowers. Most of the things you need for around the house that's not at a grocery store you'll more than likely find here.. however the worker in the garden section Angelina's customer service wasn't customer servicin lol. She was not happy to be at work at all she was very rude not one smile not one hello. It was just quick and convenient to go to her. She is really the only reason why you guys got three stars or else I would've gave a better review because the store is immaculate. Sad that the customer service brought down the places review. Watch who you hire it affects your business.

Excellent customer service. When we were looking for the Ryobi tool kit and thought it was sold out. Beverly stop and ask if we need help with anything. Her help made our shopping a breeze. She saves us trouble buying it online. She directly shows us the location of the item. It's rare to find a worker like that. Usually, I get when I shop is the employee will tell me the aisle number. She was above and beyond.

After 3 years of researching cost and installation for my kitchen countertop, I decided to give this box store a shot. Simple installation of a kitchen countertops and sink. I would like to say, I am very satisfied with the outcome. I purched my countertop installation in March. The process was simple and straightforward. Shatha and Christine was friendly, informative and straightforward with time-line and installation. I also paid for plumbing installation with Home Depot. Soon after the fabricator, Block Top contacted me to pick out my slab and a tentative date for installation. The ladies at Block Top (Stephanie, Bernice, Jen and Mariam)were friendly, informative and very patient with all my questions and concerns. The installer were friendly, and informative during installation and cleaned up the spa Alicia at Home Depot, great team.

Onlineapp says things are in stock when they are not. Not sure if the problem is number of carts or collecting carts - but every single time I come to this home depot, it's a wild goose chance to find a cart to take in with me. Always had good interactions with their staff.

Went into Home Depot to look for an outdoor extension cord. The one I needed wasn't in stock. Fortunately I kept to my list and didn't buy anything that I didn't come for. Walking through the store gets your creative juices going. I did see a door I would like to replace my current door with but I kept going. They had a very nice plant selection
