I was the first customer and there was no greeting and no thank you.
The observed interactions indicated a deficiency in communication, a perceived lack of approachability, and an apparent disinterest in customer service.
Terrible customer service skills.

Went there unsure of what I needed to do and the two young ladies working were very kind and informative and took great care of me and my need to get a package out. Will always go there in the future😊

Subpar service. They lost my package - meaning the package never left their office. They provided the receipt and the tracking information indicates it never left facility. They would not make an attempt to resolve the issue.

The gals here are always great. On this particular day, I had a bad experience at a competitor ( I went there since I was in that area) worst thing ever. Went out of my way to come back to this store!

I know I am getting old when I have a favorite place to mail things off at! I have used this location for years now and it is always fast and the people are always kind. I have mailed returns and got my livescan fingerprinting done here. They taped my packages for free. So much better than going to the post office which always has a massive line, unfriendly people working, and they make you pay for a whole roll of tape if you need it.

I have copies made here sometimes or use this location to return items to amazon. I've never had a problem with the people there's a couple of fine looking chicks in there. However I did one time see all of the female employees are going off on One customer they were fighting back and forth it was pretty ugly other than that I haven't had any problem I know how to handle them hussies.

I had no idea there would be a long line when I got there, but I saw the staff genuinely enjoying helping each and every in front of me. Before I knew it I was up, taken care of and out within a minute and a half. Awesome service! Please let the staff know how great they are.

This is my go to place for Amazon returns. The parking is convenient and the process is very efficient. I'm always in and out in no time and the staff has always been friendly with me. Would not hesitate to use them for future shipping needs!

This terrible place belongs in the terrible town its located in. The staff was rushed. Inexperienced. Rude. Condescending and just unprofessional. Especially the ratty looking white faced tall girl. Dont bother coming here with questions. Just call customer service.

Dropped off package for return to Amazon on Oct 3, it is now Oct 16, 2024 & Amazon still has NOT received return, tried calling store Numerous times & it goes straight to voicemail to & they never return their calls, called 3 more times & still NO response, TOTALLY UN-Professional, I strongly recommend, you DON’T waste ur time here, even the Workers are Rude‼️
