I am very relieved to have worked through some miscommunications that occurred earlier. US Bank has been wonderful to me for decades and the help I received recently is on par with what I have come to expect from US Bank. I appreciate the help and stability of having a bank I enjoy working with.

Update: after speaking with several people in the bank as well as the business manager of the Fairfield area, I still am not receiving any service. I just got a random $30 'analysis service charge' which nobody at the branch can explain what it's for and I cannot transfer any money from the website. I'm closing my account and won't work with USBank anymore. The incompetence is staggering.Previous review:The worst bank branch of the worst bank I've ever dealt with. Staff turnover at this branch is so high that nobody seems to know what they're doing. They're incredibly slow to do anything.I use this bank because it's the closest to my business to make deposits easier for my managers. If there was any other nearby bank, I wouldn't use usbank for anything.US banks online system is buggy. If you talk to corporate customer service, they are generally unhelpful and direct you to a branch.My current issue is that they literally think I'm laundering money and I've been in four times now to get it sorted and nobody follows up or cares. They know my business is across the street and know what I do but I still need to deal with this. Seems like there is no business manager at the branch anymore and there's nobody left to actually service my account.

I deposit some money here few days ago in the ATM machine I put the money in but it only give me receipt the money didn’t came out back from the machine, I did file a dispute about already, I’m hoping this problem will be resolve or else I need to file a lawsuit against this location/bank. I always found this branch suspicious & did illegal activity. I felt a victim of fraudulent & Identity theft in this location.

Poor customer service and banking capability. US Bank was recommended (not this branch) to open interest only accounts required by the state bar. Initially Ms. Medina was very helpful and communicative in working with me to open a new business account. While US Bank is not a preferred state bar financial institution for IOTLA they are able to provide this service. Apparently after reading the requirements this branch stop communicating with me even after leaving repeat messages. The simply do not know and since it is voluntary on banks, the branch manager could have easily called to say they are not able to support. Instead, they literally ghosted me like a blind date off a dating app. From a bank on the matter of opening a business account the lack of professionalism is worrisome. I halted all dealings with US Bank and opted to work with Bank of America. Definitely look elsewhere for your banking needs and financial products.

If I could give you guys less stars I would I'm here to put this in the book in 2012 this bank robbed are house for no reason and kicked us out at force we paid the house for 12 years straight an right when we refinance they kicked out of are house and made us go bankrupt I hold U.S bank accountable for the robbery of are house. 12 YEARS PAYING A HOUSE THEN SAYING ITS NOT YOURS and get nothing out of it just kicking us out . Used the atm machine and it snatched my card and wouldn't give it back. I called their 800 number rep on the phone told me that the tech who comes out to retrieve the card out of the machine would NOT be able to give me the card back. So he just holds on to it until he gives it to the branch manager? Only way to get my card is come back during bank hours to retrieve my card

I have been dealing with US Bank for over 40 Years! Back when it was Heart Federal Savings..Over the last Year the Service has been Horrible!! Long Lines, Slow Service, Not enough Tellers!! Last Month We had to go to the Vacaville Branch because the Fairfield Bank had been Closed for a Few Weeks!! I Understand Covid has messed up things But it is No excuse for Myself & Several other Patrons to wait in line Today 3-5-2021 for over 35 minutes to get help from the only Two Tellers They had Working!! I will be Looking into another Bank to start dealing with!! No Stars!!

Stood in line for the Atm which wasn't taking cash deposits, had to move to the line to get inside 7 min before they closed to try to deposit my cash to pay my rent. Security comes out right away and tells me the employees said I wasn't going to be able to come in because there were "too many people" already to take care of. So I got turned away even though it was before closing and it wasn't my fault the Atm wasn't working. Asked the security guard where to go and she had no idea. Called customer service just to be told I have a ten minute wait to talk to anyone! So I went ahead and drove out of my way to the Suisun location, which has been closed for Covid but still had an atm. Customer service answers just in time for me to find out that they've apparently removed the Atm in Suisun as well!!! Now I'm driving all the way to Napa just so I can make sure I can pay my rent!!

This bank and its Manager has their head up ther A*** , the stupid clerk wanted to see my id and write all my info down , when policy is to only ask for id to see im that person on that id, this idiot said no full info no service, AND THIS IS TO DEPOSIT MONEY MORE THAN $500!!! NO WITHDRAWAL BUNCH OF IDIOTS!!!
