“We'd been looking for a clinic to take us in to save our rescue kitten. After desperately calling and visiting other clinics, we ended up going to the Cal West Pet Hospital. They were the ONLY people who showed interest in our poor kitten, and they took mercy on us. Unfortunately, our kitten had to go, but we're thankful to Dr. Jurberg and Dr. Palm for being honest and for helping us the best they could. We will definitely come back to visit them. “If your looking for a vet clinic to take your pets to I 100% recommend you go here! My husband and I are PCSing to Japan on military orders and they made the process so easy and less stressful. We ran into a few problems with the process but the Staff, Dr.Guduri and Dr.Kumar worked extremely hard to get everything we needed to us before we left. They kept us informed with multiple calls a week and at some points multiple calls a day to let us know what they were doing with our case etc. They never lost patience with us when we called for updates or in general had another question for them. They are all extremely easy to communicate with and answer any questions you might have! I can’t say enough about this clinic and my husband and I are extremely grateful for them. Due to their help our pet is able to travel with us!! Thank you to all the staff, Dr.Guduri, and Dr. Kumar for your help!! We appreciate you all!”

“It's hard to get a timely appt. because the vets are very good. Our vets for over 40 years! Recently decided to close on weekends. That meant bringing my dog for emergency treatment at UCD. Oy! Over $1000 !! Twice in 1 year! Thank goodness for pet insurance or we would be broke! Impossible to find any vet open on weekends. But Dr Russum is the best vet in Solano County so we are grateful when he is available.”

“Affordable and knowledgeable veterinarian. He runs a one man operation so it’s hard to get him on the phone at times but he will try to fit you in as soon as possible if he can. Expect the visit to be short and sweet as he just gets straight to the point but he will take care of all your pet’s needs and charge way less than all the other clinics.”

Our dog usually receives care at this practice, but unfortunately, the first time our 14-year-old cat was here was when we had to decide to put him down. I called for an appointment, and the staff immediately treated me with kindness and compassion. They gave us multiple available same-day time slots and scheduling options. We chose the latest same-day appointment so it wouldn't be as busy. I'm sure everyone was tired and ready for the day to be over, but they didn't show it. We never once felt rushed through anything. Letting go was by far one of the most difficult decisions we had to make, but the staff made sure to guide us through the process and make it as comfortable as it could be. We will never forget the professional and compassionate care you provided to our best cuddle cat so that he was no longer in pain. Thank you for taking such good care of all of us.”

“Hello, I have to write a review on this Veterinary Office, the day I brought my animal in to see the Vet I was impressed with the service. I called the office with a pet rat who was at the end of her life having breathing problems or wheezing. I wanted a medical opinion before euthanasia without spending affortion. Every single Vet in the area turned me away, A couple just couldnt see us do to scheduling but most dont see rodents. This office got me in on an emergency that morning and they were busy. I was impressed with the Vet and her honesty. I 100% recommend this office. Thank you!”

“This store goes above and beyond! There is a great selection of treats for my dog who is especially picky when it comes to liking something long term. They always have large 15.5lb bags of food for both my dog and my cat, which saves me money in comparison to buying the 7lb bags and multiple trips a month!! I DEFINITELY recommend coming here over Petsmart, and it's less than a mile from the Gateway Blvd. Petsmart location in Fairfield.”

“Dr. Russum, Dr. Mack and staff gave me 7 more months with my dog after being diagnosed with congestive heart failure and kidney disease. We were seeing specialists at UC Davis and Dr. Russum in between. I know there is a shortage of veterinarians which is not their fault. The girls were kind and caring - even helping me administer medication at the end. I highly recommend them and am taking my new puppy there!”
