Would give zero stars to the pharmacy if possible. Had surgery and went to pick up my medication at 11:30am with my mouth fully bleeding. They told me to come back at 12:30pm. I get notifications online and it says there’s issues with the insurance and medications. When I called 3 separate times, I was placed on hold and was hung up on. When I went to go back I was told my insurance wasn’t compatible at this location and my medication was not ready. A phone call would’ve been nice. All this going on while i’m in extreme pain, swollen and actively bleeding at the pharmacy. Very unprofessional.

Every time I shop at this store I am treated with kindness and I also use this pharmacy. I haven’t had any issues with them at all!

I recently went to Walgreens on North Texas and had the pleasure of being assisted by Jaden. Not only did he help me find what I needed but had a nice welcoming personality and very polite and helpful. He also was prompt. Great customer service. Thank you Jaden!

Walgreens has some amazing employees, they are lucky to have Christian and Willie at store number 15432!! They are fantastic and I hope Walgreens values these amazing employees!

Incredibly rude staff at this location. I was making a return of a brand new item I purchased online and picked up in store and the cashier and manager refused to assist with the return because I had a digital receipt. I have my Walgreens account set up automatically to receive digital receipts. I couldn’t get any answers as to why but neither of them even attempted to help and were very dismissive of me. I do not recommend this location.

Worst service imaginable, takes 20 min to get a hold of an actual person in the pharmacy, if you’re lucky enough to not get hung up on. Try not to trip over a homeless person on the way in or out. Straight ridiculous.

The pharmacy where they deliver your medications is terrible, the cervisio I give them 0 stars, they send a message that your order is ready, you arrive and they ask you to wait 20 more minutes, what is it about?

I used Walgreens online to schedule a COVID-19 vaccine for myself and a couple of my family members. When I arrived at the store, it took over 20 minutes just to tell me that they didn't even have the COVID vaccine. Why then, am I able to schedule through the website. What a terrible inconvenience. Do they not check what appointments they have for that day? They could have called and let me know well before the time I was scheduled to come in.

Did Walgreens forget about this branch? The kid who handled passport photo seemed aggressive, impatient and felt like he was overwhelmed. While he could be going through something, don’t add more stress to him. He was being stretched thin. My passport photos are horrible + I got passive aggressive customer service!
