I bought my glasses at Walmart vision in cedar rapid Tx and it was a bad experience. Wrong glasses ordered manager was rude to me having to go her mistake since she was the one helping me initially.Melissa at Fairfield Walmart vision was so patient helpful and understanding with my problem. Above and beyond. She’s awesome !!!

Rachel at Fairfield Walmart was a wonderful sales rep.She pointed me to the women's glasses and was very knowledgeable about the features that came with my purchase.The prices were affordable and posted everywhere.I had a great first time experience thanks to Rachel.

Took my daughter to get a new pair of glasses. Studio was a pleasure to work with. Will be coming back. Warranty for kids glasses is the best here. If you have kids that tend to have breakage don't go anywhere else.

Kudos to Rachel north Texas walmart.I made a mistake going to the highway 12 walmart Suisun city optical.Still can't wear a eye glass i paid over $300 in oct 2022. Partly problem started with me getting a bad prescription.Being lazy and safety concerns i switch to the Suisun city walmart optical. close to 9 years i got best customer service from the Rachel . Always professional and great service,this what i get from cheating on my regular doctor and Rachel. Thank you for helping me again Rachel
