Unfortunately because of their convenient location I have to shop here but it’s really starting to get under my skin the disrespectful employees they have that run around that place as if they are thugs.. unreal I’m young super understanding etc and am also a first responder and Nurse. But tonight when buying groceries for someone who can’t for themselves I was at self checkout and one of their many rude young employees tells me after I start scanning my groceries this only takes card go to that one and points I said yes I’m well aware I read the screen I can tell she didn’t like that but I continue scanning my groceries and when it’s time to ask about how many bags I input 0 because The individual I shop for is using Ebt and Ebt doesn’t charge for bags. This girl that still is standing next to me leans over and tells me you don’t have to lie completely indicating some type of theft so when I stick up for myself and professionally and calmly reiterate to her that you don’t speak to me like that and indicating something like that is absolutely disrespectful. She wants to try to. I’m just playing around. It’s outrageous that they do not teach these employees how to treat customers especially at this Walmart so many different occasions I spoke with team lead about this situation because like I said this is what many times their employees have been absolutely unprofessional. I really hope the team leader actually does something about it this particular Walmart is absolute trash because of the employees Get it together Walmart!!!!!

I was shopping at Walmart this morning, left, and discovered I had left my cane in the shopping cart I used. I immediately returned to the store, not having my cane I was unable to go and look for it. I had tried for nearly 20 minutes to contact Walmart by phone, as usual I had no luck. Then I spotted Kenneth Chase, an employee of Walmart that was gathering carts. I got his attention by honking the horn, then called him over with a hand gesture. When I told him that I had a dilemma, he immediately associated me with the missing cane. Ken, you singlehandedly upped your employer's rating by TWO STARS today. Thank You for improving my experience !

Most of my money goes to Walmart besides what I spend on gas they have just about everything although the clearance isle and craft section are 2 of my favorite places to check out
