I highly recommend the Fairfield branch On Hillborn Rd. They’re always polite and professional. Whenever I go into the branch the team work’s efficiently so that my visit is a quick task. Thank you Ladies and thank you Bosley ?

Regardless of the position you apply for at Westamerica, be assured that they do not and I repeat DO NOT care about the employees. If i wasnt sure before i am now. During this covid scare its seems to be impossible for them to totally comply. Most of the people in the call center are not even 6 ft apart and if you think the cleansing crew will come by and sterilize your work station, you would be wrong . These are some of the most infriendly people I've ever been around. Support? Not likely... apply elsewhere.There's a big turnover in the branch's and the call center. Just about $13 per hour regardless of yout skill set

0 customer service! I walked up with my mother who speaks limited English and as soon as we approached the window the young lady said "I don't speak spanish" without even saying hello. As she profiled us I looked at her name and she had a very much Hispanic first and last name. 2nd occasion, I walked in with my mother again the customer chief or whatever his title is said he couldn't speak with me because I am not on my moms account. Keep in mind my mom was present and I was just translating for him. 3rd occasion, I walked in with my mother and the staff is eating and drinking I in their teller booths. Nasty!

Spoke with a loan officer in regards to my car loan. All I can say is that they are very UNPROFESSIONAL!!I’m disappointed that these of the kind of people who represent this bank. SHAME!

This location does not want your business. I'm disabled and a customer for almost 20 years. I came in today and was treated like I was invisible. At first the teller had to ask her supervisor if they could give me $940 from my account, she didn't know if there was enough cash. Then with four women behind the counter I waited for over 25 minutes.

I have never in the 25 years of doing business with Westamerica have I seen such a poor level of customer service starting at the Customer Service Manager level! I totally miss Elaine Cromby and all of the good service once received. Very dissatisfied with the unprofessional service recently received. It makes me want to move ALL of my accounts elsewhere. Pretty sad when B of A or Wells Fargo is a step up!
