They literally just ignore the drive through. You can sit there for 20+ min before they finally acknowledge you, and then they are incredibly rude when they do. Then you go inside, and you wait just as long.

Thank you to the first responders in the pharmacy at the stores in Vallejo and Fairfield, CA who stayed open while others walked off the job one day recently because they care about their customers.

This is my first pharmacy after moving to Fairfield. I noticed that their service is slow, lines are long and they don't communicate well amongst themselves. I see them being rude to other people too. I stayed since I'm really patient man. Until I personally experienced their condescending manner. That's is why I switched to cvs. I'll never go back to this store again.

The staff has completely changed. The cashiers sit on chairs, they pop gum at the registers. They should.really get a "GM" out there, that store staff needs training. O stars

Pay attention to all the reviews about the pharmacy here. It is super disorganized, and customer service is horrible. The employees seem super burnt out. This is usually related the management, rather than the folks on the ground. I SCHEDULED a vaccine appt, but when I arrived was told the pharmacist who could perform the injection would be gone at lunch for an hour. Huh? Then they tried to blame me, asking "did you just make this appointment?", which I had, but I'm not sure how that was my fault. I work in healthcare, and I can confidently say this place is a hot mess. Avoid if you can.

This has been the worst pharmacy I have ever been too. Customer service is at its worst. Prescription are never ready on time even if you place the order through the app. It's nonexistent when you get there to pick up. They don't make any effort in contacting providers nor for clarifications. This PHARMACY IS A JOKE run by some rude pharmacy techs (jasmine) and to even make matters even worst the pharmacy manager BARRY IS NO HELP. I was able to report this pharmacy to their headquarters and to regional manager and to consumer relations. Hopefully, some action will be taken to make this Walgreens more approachable.

Not sure what has happened to this store, everything takes so long, it was not like this before! The customer service is horrible! And prescription has been sent since 9am the day before, I've had to call numerous times, because it was never processed, finally the next day at 6pm I get my medication, it's ridiculous to have to wait so long! Also I understand they take their lunch everyday, but waiting at the window & waited 20 minutes past lunch! People don't have all day to be waiting!!!

Waited for assistance for more than 10 minutes even after I went to the front desk two workers just stood around and talked in the aisles horrible costumer service

Since I moved closer to this location this Walgreens became my place to go for my pharmacy. The people are working there in the pharmacy are so rude, mean and not happy to help . If you don't like your job, then go get another job !!!!!

Multiple issues with pharmacy not following up. Examples: multiple cases where they haven't reached out to insurance to see why a prescription was kicked back (eg quantity approval) leaving me stuck in limbo with no communication about the reason for delay. I've had to call insurance to figure it out then call pharmacy to have them put it through with right details. Also most recently a prescription where app showed it was received with an expected fill date of same day yet 4 days later was still stuck at same status (when I called they immediately filled it with no explanation of delay). Ive also had cases where staff said they didn't receive a prescription but when i called doctor to confirm and insisted they check more finally got another staff member to find it. Bottom line if you have to deal with this pharmacy you need to check in with them at every step (and be willing to deal with insanely long hold times). If I had better options in the area I'd definitely go elsewhere.

After they shut, Raley's Pharmacy transferred my prescriptions to CVS, which for reasons I won't go into here was a disaster. So I transferred my prescriptions to Walgreens at North Texas and Cement Hill. For the first year, this place was pretty good. I got texts, emails, and calls when my refills were ready and, aside from a pretty long wait in the drive-thru, the service was satisfactory. But then glitches in the Walgreens app and website appeared, which resulted in my prescriptions not being filled. I started calling instead to ensure that they got my refills done. Lately, however, the service has been terrible. It took me 11 days to fill a new prescription because the clerk said they were too busy giving out COVID vaccinations and tests. I must have called five times and went by there twice trying to get that new prescription filled and each time I was told they would do it at a certain time, it wasn't. So I'm done there. I found out that Raley's on Travis still has a pharmacy and altho I have to drive farther and there's no drive-thru, I will start getting my prescriptions filled there because I know the staff and they are much more professional.

I walked in to use the ATM and decided to buy a beer to go with my 5 guys burger. After waiting for about 5 minutes, I was told that the minor at the counter had to call for someone over 21 to ring up my purchase. After 10 minutes a smiling lady said she will help me if I wait a minute. Finally she says she's ready and asked for my driver's license to make sure I am if age to buy the beer. By the. My 5 Guys burger was cold. So I said { I'm seventy years lad. Can just buy the beer and go away? She said company policy was that I must show ID no matter how old I was. This place is a shame to anyone who walks in. Never sgain

The cashier woman was so disrespectful, she did not great me nor my mother, proceeded to take her sweet time when returning my item. I took initiative and greeted her and asked about her day to which she replied with "I'm tired" and nothing else We go to purchase items with a coupon I had from my previous purchase, she takes it scans it cuts it in half tosses it and says your total is the same as though the coupon didn't work, i explained that the coupon was meant for this purchase and asked why and she said "its not next time not today" no proper explanation whatsoever. I'm so displeased with the poor customer service.
