#The truth is that the service is despotic, 0% not good, my daughter bought a shirt and we went back to the store to change it because it didn't fit and it turned out that they couldn't change it or return it just because I took the tag off the shirt, maybe we took it together with him I received it and they didn't want to change it or return the money. I don't recommend it at all and I won't buy anything again, very bad experience ❌️❓️

WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!
Nevaeh and Andrea need to take some customer service training they both are very rude and unprofessional, this company is loosing money because of them I love this store but I WILL NEVER be back, they have never greeted me, one day I decided not to come any more because I asked NEVAEH to take a shirt down she was on the phone and ignored me the entire time she never helped me, she is so mean an unprofessional so I decided to go back to the store since they have a very nice young lady working there name ITZEL I like going there when she is there but unfortunately she wasn’t there yesterday and these two ladies are rude I had a horrible experience I was supposed to buy a couple of shirts worth over 60$ but I didn’t buy anything because of them so this will be my last time coming back to WINDSOR store in Fairfield..

Travel from Stockton CA to this store in the store at the mall in Fairfield Area. Employees were rude, one of the employee rather sweep the floor and when I ask a question she told me I’m busy and starts dressing a mannequin, I felt so uncomfortable. My daughter felt horrible since she ask to go that far and was not able to buy the dress she loved due to their horrible attitude a lot of people that day left feeling that way. They didn’t want to look for shoes or other dresses. Overall horrible experience and the sad part they have very nice dresses more than other stores. I left so mad and never planned to go back to any of the stores. My daughter was so sad.

Im so disappointed in the customer service given at this store, manager and staff are unprofessional and rude to customers. I stopped by on 4/19/2022 to shop for a dress I was able to try on a dress but once inside the fitting room I could hear customers asking to try on items apparently that particular store NOT THE MALL closes at 5 pm it was about 4:30pm and the staff turning down a lot of customers and customers actually politely asking to be allowed to try on clothes since it was 30 mins before closing,what amazed me was the tone of voice and attitude from the staff. I’ve been here several times and never have I’ve seen the manager being nice or smile as well as the staff I’m very disappointed in this store truly I rather take my business to another store where my money and business is valued.

They have a great selection of clothing, shoes and accessories. Usually I can pop into their store if I can't find something online or want to try on a product for sizing. However, their return policy for in-store products is ridiculous, they only give you 14 days. What is the point of offering a convenience of in-store returns for online purchases if you're going to cut the return window down to half the time? Their clothing is also very overpriced for the materials and quality used, so those are the drawbacks I have with Windsor.

The manager needs more training. No customer service skill or friendliness. The store itself didn't have inventory. The woman who rang me up was pleasant. Check the dresses. Some are snagged and stained.

I love this store and I always buy from them but unfortunately there is a person of color who is a very rude and unfriendly employee. I have been to other lotions in different places and everyone is very friendly, you feel welcome, whether the employees are Latin American or dark-skinned. No matter what, they welcome you well, I'm sorry for what's happening in this store because it makes it look very bad. If it happened to me, I know other people do too. You feel uncomfortable from the moment you set foot in that store.

Super cute store but very rude employees. No one greeted my mom and i in. I felt very uncomfortable. One of the employees was doing something and yes i understand she was busy. But i walked up to her and asked her to get me a dress from up top i was not rude at all. But after i asked she seemed annoyed that i asked her a question right when i asked her a question “she said hold on I’m busy” and did not make eye contact or nothing. I saw that as rude because as a customer i would expect a different reaction. Sorry honey the store is cute but the workers were ugly. She made a really bad impression on this specific store in the Fairfield mall.

I came into Windsor with 10 minutes to spare to find an outfit for my birthday there was a Retail clerk name Andrea that was able to help me find the perfect outfit for me to celebrate my birthday in Bodega Bay. I was so grateful that she had so much style and knowledge of what to put together for me in under 5 minutes for that I am grateful that I was able to accomplish what I came for in a short and timely matter thank you again Andrea.
