“I am always nervous going to a new mechanic. But Tim made me feel right at ease. I needed new brakes and rotors which he installed. And had me back on the road in no time. Tim even took the time to explain to me how to properly take care of my brand new brakes. Both Tim and his wife were extremely friendly and helpful, And his prices were on point with 3 other shops that I called. I appreciate his transparency and will be taking my car there from now on.”

“These guys are super fast and friendly. I had my oil changed and air filter replaced and while the mechanic was doing an inspection on my vehicle he noticed a nail in the tire and quickly pointed it out! I am so happy that he saw the nail because I use my vehicle everyday! Got it patched quickly and I am a happy customer. This isn't the first time I've gone here and I definitely recommend these guys they are honest and very fast! “I've taken 2 cars here so far and I'm always impressed. I just had a battery and brake issue and couldn't find a mechanic available on short notice (everyone either didn't answer their phone or had to wait 1 week for an appt). I called village smog at 11 am and couldn't believe they were willing to take a look today and even promised to have it done by 5pm. When I informed them i had to pick up a kid from school at 3pm and it was hard to find someone to pick them up for me, they said it would be done by then and it was! Picked my car around 2pm. They had not only tested my battery (and printed a test receipt showing actual voltage of my battery), replaced both brakes and resurfaced my rotors, Tenoch explained why my brakes were making a loud screeching noise (some emergency tab they come with letting you know to replace them). I never knew this and most mechanics don't explain things at all. I have to say the best thing about this place is the amazing communication and respectful mechanic (some can just be so rude and unwilling to explain anything) so it's always a pleasure to speak to Tenoch about any issue I am having. Another bonus is that they are right next to Hearth cafe and I get to enjoy a latte and read a book while I wait (or I can walk home if it takes longer). They don't try to rip you off because one time I had a power steering leak after a different place repaired it, and I was told to take my back to where I had it repaired last time in case that part was under warranty or the original mechanic was willing to redo the work. The best thing is that they are usually available the same day even though they are always busy.”
“Our Santa Fe was towed to the Hyundai dealership in Temecula where they told us that it needed all fuel injectors plus the fuel pump replaced. Hyundai quoted us $4k for the repairs so we started calling around locally to get quotes as well. I connected with Chris and he immediately questioned the amount of extensive (and as we found out unnecessary) work that we were told was needed. Over the phone, he took the time to explain what he thought might be the issue and how he'd troubleshoot it for us. We had to wait a couple of weeks to get the work done with him since he was booked up, but it was totally worth the wait. He is in demand for good reason!I also had my sister call him since she was having electrical issues with her car and he referred her to another shop that better specialized in that area. We were overall just really impressed with how he does business and would definitely recommend his shop to anyone.”

“A few years ago my uncle and visited their shop for a special tool (a bit socket and gasket set for a 1987 Ford E 350 motorhome, Recreational Vehicle. The staff treated us professionally and knew exactly what parts were necessary. The parts for perfectly, and then the fuel pump gave out (no relationship to the exception service we received). I am hoping they have completed what I heard of in 2020 as a remodeling job, for this Ford F350 is halfway modified into a livestreaming mobile resources unit by Democracy Watch News broadcast reporter Michael Jonathan Buell, San Diego County reporter of democracywatchnews.org .
