Providing a full digital inspection report over my entire vehicle, updating me for each step of the labor involved via text, and explaining everything in detail on pick-up. If you're looking for a down-to-earth, hardworking mechanic, give them a shot. I enjoyed every bit of my business with them.

“I wanted to reach out and thank you for the diagnosis and resolution for my Ford F-150 Transmissions. The truck was missing gear shifts, sticking in 6th gear and resetting to 1st gear and throwing lots of error codes. The team at RMC diagnosed the codes and performed a fluid flush and reprogramming and the truck runs perfectly (Actually better than it has run in quite a long time). They could have very well recommended that I replace or perform a very expensive transmission maintenance. They did the right work for the issue and I couldn't be any more pleased. “Another shop told me I needed wheel bearings for my 2012 Mercedes E350. Called Laels' for an estimate and he told me to bring it in and he would do a diagnostic at no charge. He let me speak to his Mercedes tech, Orlando, who drove it, put it up on the lift and said I needed engine mounts. Long story short, I got the work down there and on the way home my wife was so excited she actually made me pull over so I could drive it. It felt like when it was new! So smooth. Thank-you Orlando and Lael, we're extremely happy with the work done.”

“Found this shop via Google after traveling from Scottsdale to Oceanside for Labor Day weekend and upon arrival having a front wheel hub assembly on a Yukon start to fail. 5 stars is very appropriate. Jim answered the phone on a Sunday and had it fixed on Labor Day Monday so we could return to AZ as planned on Tuesday. Price was more than fair and customer service was above and beyond. All the 5 star reviews are accurate as is the common theme about helping stranded travelers and wishing he was local to them.”

“I smashed a classic. A 93 Rx7. I banged up the fender, bumper, hood, and door. I also had some damage to the apron/core support.
I had nowhere to turn, I wasn't going to attempt to take it to a fly by night place. I also knew that nobody wanted to touch this thing, especially with how old it is. I showed up with my tail between my legs and asked what are the chances they wanted to work on it. Originally they didn't, mainly because of parts. Also it helps not to be a dick or entitled, they don't owe you anything. I had connections to parts, and after a decent and easy conversation they were on board. This is not a typical scenario, I knew it was going to take time, I knew some parts may not be found. I doubt they will take yours because it is a risk, they want perfection from their results. But oh man they delivered.
I stopped by every day to give some pointers and we assured each other that things were going to be okay. Ted and the crew are very chill and HIGHLY communicative. I could not be happier with the results. If they can fix an FD, they will absolutely make your newer car right. I think I found the best body shop this side of California and recommend them to everyone.
