This time they replaced our cracked radiator, fixed an oil leak, did an oil change, and rotated our tires. I really like that they do a full inspection first and include pictures of anything they find so you know exactly what they’re talking about. They’re honest, thorough, and easy to work with. “Update: 6/13/2026 Where do we begin?!?!?! We have been in a few not at fault accidents. We were searching for a local auto body shop that was reputable. We finally had found one shop that works well with our auto insurance company. It was actually recommended aswell by our agent. Let me tell you the amount of pride every employee has at this site is awesome. The take care of your vehicle. Professional and extremely respectful. Not one person we came across this facility was in a bad mood. All were friendly. We had the pleasure to work with Keith and let me tell you, he knows his stuff. What I love about our experiences is that they made us feel taken care of. Great communication and extremely reasonable. Even though it was paid by our insurance. They give you every modification and repair in its breakdown. Now moving forward we will only use this location. We had our vehicle vandalized and keyed. We ended up taking our car to a paint shop in Escondido and the bill was 10k. The paint and clear was herendous. Fix Auto did such a better job than the other location that we wish we would have gone here for that time. Thank you Keith for taking really good care of us and our vehicle. Your expertise and attention to detail is remarkable. Thank you thank you and thank you! Kudos to all the ladies and gentleman's in and outside the office. “I give this shop 5 stars because they take the extra time to give your call a small detail and wash before you get your car back. I’ve never had an auto repair shop do that for me. “I wanted to reach out and thank you for the diagnosis and resolution for my Ford F-150 Transmissions. The truck was missing gear shifts, sticking in 6th gear and resetting to 1st gear and throwing lots of error codes. The team at RMC diagnosed the codes and performed a fluid flush and reprogramming and the truck runs perfectly (Actually better than it has run in quite a long time). They could have very well recommended that I replace or perform a very expensive transmission maintenance. They did the right work for the issue and I couldn't be any more pleased. “Our experience with Mossy Nissan Oceanside was phenomenal!
We decided on a 2026 Pathfinder Platinum 4WD with a specific exterior and interior colorway, unfortunately there were none available locally where we live. After a thorough on-line inventory search of Nissan dealerships in Southern California, we found one listed at Mossy Nissan. Late that night we inquired about this Pathfinder (and one other one as a 2nd option) through Mossy’s “Contact Us” webpage. The next morning, I received a call from Sales Manager Akim Akimi and Sales Consultant Larry Ringstaff. Since we were located a long distance from Mossy Nissan Oceanside, Akim was very accommodating as well as professional and respectful with regards to our situation to help us succeed in purchasing the Pathfinder from a long distance away. Akim was very friendly and cooperative over the phone and answered all my questions. Akim offered us a very good deal that we were pleased with and he quickly arranged everything and for an appointment for the following day. After the initial collaboration with Akim, I knew that this was where I wanted to buy our new car.
When we arrived at Mossy Nissan Oceanside the next day, we were greeted by Akim and Larry and they made us feel welcomed. Larry proceeded with familiarizing us with the Pathfinder(s), the inspections and the test drives, and answered all the questions we had. Larry was amazing at making us feel comfortable and after agreeing to the deal, Larry introduced us to Finance Manager Daniel Miramontes, and he too was welcoming and professional. He was knowledgeable and practical, answered all our financial questions and provided helpful suggestions.
Overall, we had a really great experience purchasing our new Pathfinder from Akim, Larry, Daniel and Mossy Nissan Oceanside. We highly recommend buying a vehicle from Mossy Nissan Oceanside. Ask for Akim Akimi and Larry Ringstaff. We came away very happy and satisfied with Mossy Nissan Oceanside and will consider them first the next time we are in the market for a new vehicle and recommend them to all of our friends. “Another shop told me I needed wheel bearings for my 2012 Mercedes E350. Called Laels' for an estimate and he told me to bring it in and he would do a diagnostic at no charge. He let me speak to his Mercedes tech, Orlando, who drove it, put it up on the lift and said I needed engine mounts. Long story short, I got the work down there and on the way home my wife was so excited she actually made me pull over so I could drive it. It felt like when it was new! So smooth. Thank-you Orlando and Lael, we're extremely happy with the work done.”
“I want to share my experience of working with Robin at Infiniti because I feel that she is an exceptional agent. She does so in the sense that she listens, shares what she’s going to do and explains it in detail without being vague but being respectful and clear. “Found this shop via Google after traveling from Scottsdale to Oceanside for Labor Day weekend and upon arrival having a front wheel hub assembly on a Yukon start to fail. 5 stars is very appropriate. Jim answered the phone on a Sunday and had it fixed on Labor Day Monday so we could return to AZ as planned on Tuesday. Price was more than fair and customer service was above and beyond. All the 5 star reviews are accurate as is the common theme about helping stranded travelers and wishing he was local to them.”

“I smashed a classic. A 93 Rx7. I banged up the fender, bumper, hood, and door. I also had some damage to the apron/core support.
I had nowhere to turn, I wasn't going to attempt to take it to a fly by night place. I also knew that nobody wanted to touch this thing, especially with how old it is. I showed up with my tail between my legs and asked what are the chances they wanted to work on it. Originally they didn't, mainly because of parts. Also it helps not to be a dick or entitled, they don't owe you anything. I had connections to parts, and after a decent and easy conversation they were on board. This is not a typical scenario, I knew it was going to take time, I knew some parts may not be found. I doubt they will take yours because it is a risk, they want perfection from their results. But oh man they delivered.
I stopped by every day to give some pointers and we assured each other that things were going to be okay. Ted and the crew are very chill and HIGHLY communicative. I could not be happier with the results. If they can fix an FD, they will absolutely make your newer car right. I think I found the best body shop this side of California and recommend them to everyone.
