“Ok this is long overdue but anyway here we go... (Not only is the service always good here, but even when someone is being rude these people always keep their cool) I once tried to withdrawal from the ATM and nothing came out but my account said it did! So I went inside and was immediately in a panic. Colby was as cool as a cucumber! He calmed me down and signaled a manager. They had it handled in like 5 minutes!!! Not only this time, but every time I see my dude Colby he's always so pleasant and helpful. Guys also has great sideburns! Thank you to B of A Fallbrook for being awesome.”
