Later update: I made an appt to do a wire transfer, and before my appt they called me to make sure it was coming from the account where my funds have settled. In one account I recently deposited funds that hadn’t settled yet, and if I was to try and do a wire it would have been a waste of time. It meant a lot that they called to confirm. It’s a small thing but it really makes a difference and goes a long way!
Especially after recently having very bad experiences at BofA, Wells Fargo has been a standout!!!!”

“I came in today for multiple things. First, I needed some cashier’s check and instantly a teller called me up, took care of my request quick. Then, I waited in the waiting area for just a few minutes before Mr. Anthony White greeted and assisted me with my other need. He was very thorough with the whole process which I haven’t done in a few years while maintaining professionalism and security. BTW, he assisted me with doing an Int’l wire-transfer. Great job!”

“This place gave me a chance when the bank I've been with since I was 6 (Chase, which was Wamu, which was Great Western) wouldn't help me get a car loan. For my second loan in 2021, not only was I pre-approved, my rate was around 2%. At that time, I didn't have two big dogs to zip around town, and I chose a little car. I have been wanting an SUV or truck for them, and the heavy rains we've had lately made the desire more urgent. I had a lot of business to take care of when I checked in; it just so happens the employee managing the front desk would also be my loan officer, online account un-locker, and new account opener for my fiancé. Paola was great! She explained exactly what I needed to do when I got to the car lots, and even gave me KBB info on the car I was trading in. While she warned me I'd have to wait on getting a check cut, I actually left with one as I was still pre-approved. There was a sense of empowerment I felt when car shopping with a check and all the information she gave me. I am forever going to be loyal to this business for any loan I'll want to open. I do have two accounts and a credit card that I honestly don't use (navigating the website to move money around was a pain but Paola informed me the format is changing soon). Pros: - customer service! - 50$ referral for bringing in new customers - straightforward loan services - Cons: - unlocking accounts is difficult - security alerts would block me from using my debit card... how embarrassing”
“This bank has an amazing caring employee named Pablo ! We had some serious financial issues with our elderly mom’s accounts to sort out and he got us thru the process ! Pablo was always professional , friendly and kind as this was very stressful for us. I highly recommend him for any issues especially legal, you should request Pablo to help you!”

“So I've been looking for a new credit union that gives me a sign-up bonus and found their promo online. As of 2/2/24, you can get $200 if you sign up with a direct deposit & meet their other requirements. I printed the promo and brought it with me. I didn't have an appt so I had to wait a bit. James Lewis was very friendly, knowledgable, and answered all my questions. By the time I left, I had my new debit card. I also downloaded the app as I waited in the bank. So far, so good! Also, I did not realize that they were formerly called Pacific Marine Credit Union. You don't have to be in the military to open an account and this branch location is accessible to everyone. It's huge and clean and nearby Kaiser Permanente off of Old Grove.”
