“I've not really used our newly installed Wifi and landline from SCTC (it's been installed as a backup for us for Starlink) - BUT - the experience from cold calling the office to the ultimate installation experience has been FANTASTIC. I was really upset when I called them for the initial estimate because the Starlink we have failed and we were told we'd be six weeks without Wifi, but the customer service and sales team handled me carefully and with respect and then the guys who came to install were kind and abundant and great to work with! I'm kinda of looking forward to the day Starlink fails again so I can really put the actual system to the test here!”
