You cant walk into this Ace Hardware without an employee asking you if you need help! Its quite a phenomenon, after shopping at Home Depot, where no one asks the same question. Also, if Ace doesn't have something you need, they will order it for you. Really appreciate this place!

Martin in garden center is very nice and helpful. I would also say the rest of the staff is helpful. The store is well stocked, and they have a lot of inventory.

Update: adding a star because the store has really improved since it became a corporate store. The building has been nicely updated and the inventory beefed up. It’s awesome!
They generally have anything I need as a handyman. I’ve been pretty happy with the service until today. They sold my client a toilet seat with the bolts package missing. When I went back to ask for a package with the bolts, they would not help me and made me purchase a separate package of bolts. I understand it’s been past 30 days. I understand that the computer won’t let you do it blah blah blah. But in reality, a manager can override something like that. Ace went from five stars to three stars today. Ace put them selves first this time. Not the customer.
Also, i find the request to round up my change for charity every time I shop very bothersome. All that is as a tax write off for ace hardware. Sure a charity gets a little bit of money. But ultimately it’s about Ace Hardware saving money on their taxes.
