“My sister and I visited the Fallbrook UPS store yesterday to deliver two containers of shred materials and to ship several boxes of personal items including several items that needed to be wrapped on site. Nicole was the sole employee working. She competently and calmly navigated the shred process and the 7+ packages to be shipped and wrapped. During our time at your business, Nicole also handled 2 phone calls, 10+ additional customers, and a broken Amazon return machine. She did all of efficiently, personably, and professionally. She's an example of the type of employee any business would love to have.”
