“My husband and I LOVED Circle Oak Ranch - the staff and venue were absolutely phenomenal and we are so thankful we selected them for our wedding day!! We knew we wanted an Outdoor Wedding and when we stumbled across Circle Oak Ranch, we fell in love with a photo of the reception area at night under the String Lights. Photos don’t do the beauty of the venue enough justice, it is so secluded and absolutely gorgeous. All of our wedding guests keep raving about how beautiful the venue was, but most importantly how incredible the staff was and how focused they were on the wedding guest experience. Jennifer, Chelsea, and Kendra and all of the Circle Oak Staff were so attentive, responsive, and so helpful throughout the entire wedding planning process and made the actual wedding day go so seamlessly. When we first toured the venue we were so impressed when they walked us through all of the details and how organized everything was. Having the DJ, Catering, and Bartenders included in the Wedding Package made everything way easier because they had such a well established working relationship and helped bring everything together. Circle Oak does a Tasting Day well in advance of your wedding day and it allows you the perfect opportunity to feel like you’re attending a wedding there and get to meet other couples, recommended vendors, and try all of the amazing food!! I have anxiety so I was a little nervous to start the wedding planning process and was afraid the day of the wedding I wouldn’t be able to enjoy everything because I would be caught up in the details. Having Chelsea as our wedding coordinator was seriously a dream!! She took care of absolutely everything and we knew we were in amazing hands. She kept things moving and on schedule and was focused on making sure everything came together. Chelsea and the entire staff were so catered to making sure my husband and I could just enjoy our special day with our family and friends and soak it all in. Our wedding was PERFECT and we are so thankful we chose Circle Oak. THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR EVERYTHING!!! “STUNNING venue with tons of gorgeous views of the golf course. I would recommend this venue a million times over and over again. 10/10 for appetizers & dinner. And can I just say the food was absolutely amazing!!! All of our guests were complimenting the salmon & chicken and OMG the garlic mashed potatoes!! “Grand Tradition hosted the most incredible wedding. The day was hands free, the venue is more spectacular in person, & they truly take care of everything. The planning and coordinating staff were on top of their game. The food tasting experience to plan the menu beforehand was a blast. We asked for our food for the wedding to be seasoned as the chef would prepare. Let me say, we were upset we didn’t eat more. Our friends and family talked about the Tortellini & Chicken Wellington well after. Fantastic location + guaranteed beautiful weather all year, two additional bonuses that contribute to a stress free wedding. On our wedding day, the guest were amazed and we had the best day of our lives!Our only complaint was that the bartenders seemed to be trying to run through our tab so that they could move to a cash bar for more tips. As someone who used to bartend and work events, I was very upset. The planning staff recommended that we put $1500 on our bar tab, stating that it should last us all night with 120 guests (half of them do not drink). We ended up having 78 guests, yet hit our tab by the end of cocktail hour prior to dinner. While we were eating, the bar switched to a cash bar without us being made aware. After furthering inquiring about the issue, our guests told us that the bartenders did not ask them what liquor they wanted for mixed drinks or shots, and defaulted to the top shelf option without asking. Guests made multiple comments about how they asked for a tequila shot and were given Don Julio. Every bar or restaurants staff member knows to ask alcohol preference, never been to one that hasn’t in my life. Therefore, every drink served during cocktail hour was the most expensive option available, maxing out our tab and pushing our guest to pay for themselves. Clearly this works in favor of the bartenders, as it results in higher tips from individual purchases. When we added an additional $1000 to our tab, we emphasized that well liquor was the only option to be served along with beer/wine. It lasted us 4 hours versus 1 hour when the bar was defaulting to top shelf for all drinks/shots.Again, my husband and I would have our wedding a million times over at Grand Tradition. We wish that there was better communication regarding the bar, because we would’ve started the night only offering well liquor, beer and wine.Overall it is hard to imagine this venue being beat, not just in California but nationwide. Every single guest we had said it was the best wedding that they’ve ever attended, and that the venue was absolutely stunning. Thank you to Danielle and Grand Tradition for being all that we had hoped for and more for our special day!”

“We love this place. When we are available on Mondays we go for the great hamburgers and fries dinner. Today I'm extremely excited to go this evening because they are serving beef or chicken taco. This will be a first for us and maybe a first for them? I'll update my review tomorrow. Remember, great burgers plus monies go to a good cause. One more thing the volunteers working they are so sweet. Leave a good tip!”

“Great venue for weddings or magical get together a of any occasion! Word of warning though it is located in a very rural area and there's not a lot of service in the canyon on the drive so just a heads up if you don't have AT&T you probably won't get the best service out here so be prepared for that..A good venue to make enchanted magical memories and the experience is quite literally in the name...
