“Absolutely positively one of the coolest little book stores you’ll ever find nestled amongst the redwoods. Mt Hermon camp is such a special place, and the bookstore they’ve got is filled with solid Christian reads. I recommend this spot to all my friends and family visiting the Santa Cruz area.”

“Great bookstore filled with books on every major topic you can think. From church history, dogmas, spiritual insights from saints, to specific works of a saint, chances are you can find it here. Fairly priced. They also have a great used book section. If you are interested in learning more about Orthodoxy or just to widen your knowledge check this place out. They also have many beautiful icons. Nevertheless Gabriel, who runs the bookstore, is a very friendly person and can easily help you out with anything you are looking for or point you in the right direction if you don't know where to start. Could not recommend Awakenings bookstore enough. Everything also goes to support St. Lawrence Greek Orthodox Church.”
