“This is the best 2nd hand store in the Capitola area (perhaps Santa Cruz). The daily sales are wonderful and the selection and the uniqueness of the clothes are an absolute treat. My favorite place to buy new-to-me clothes.”

“Very nice and accommodating staff. They had decoration in their store that I was curious about, the ladies behind the counter , didn’t know where they got it from. So they took my number down and said “they would talk to the owner and call me”. (I was like sure,you’re going to call) a couple hours later my phone rings. I was shocked that I wasn’t swept under the rug.. these lady’s went above and beyond for the customers who come into they’re store… Wish more stores had people working for them that follow through when they don’t have too…. “I haven't had the opportunity to shop in the store but I have received a gift or two from here. They have some really awesome lids, some that are custom pieces even. It is nice too that they offer extended sizes, tall sizes too. I used to live in Santa Cruz and miss it terribly. This store gives me another reason to go back and visit. I'd love to check it out and see what else they have to offer. Pretty cool!”
“I was so impressed with the customer service we received in Zumiez Capitola today. We went in to return some jeans for my kid and the young woman at the register was so helpful in finding some jeans that were a better fit. The other two employees were also super friendly. We ended up getting two pairs of pants all thanks for the helpful staff!”

“Amazing staff! I was greeted as soon as I walked in. I spent a good amount of time browsing and was genuinely surprised by the selection! I was looking for a nice pair of sweats and a zip up hoodie, they had so many options to choose from. Loved that they had a wide variety of sizes available too. I ended up going with a black classic hoodie and a pair of sweats pants, I also snagged a few stickers and a patch at check out for my niece! The prices were great for what I was getting. When checking out the cashier was super helpful and made sure to let me know about their exchange policies. All around a great experience, everyone was so nice and helped direct me to what I was looking for. Will be back for sure!”
