Couldn’t have been nicer. They had what I needed, and when I realized I hadn’t brought my wallet, they even let me take the usb stick home and call with my payment info later. That was hugely appreciated since my brain was frazzled from a very challenging computer rebuild.

My computer was doing something weird I didn't understand so I dropped it off in the morning. When I called to check on it later, Dimitri got on the phone, figured it all out and fixed it super quick so I had the computer back for my work retreat out of town. Excellent communication and service!
