The guy who rented the car was awesome, very nice and efficient. The car was great. A paperless coupon was accepted at the Sacramento Airport, and a hold appeared on the bill. The 1‑800 number could not help, but the branch manager resolved the issue. The staff were helpful and courteous, and the agent was friendly. Customers recommend the office. The front‑line staff go above and beyond, making the rental experience positive. Budget Car Rental is considered okay because of the helpful staff.

The guy who rented us our car was awesome. Very nice and efficient. I think his name was Nathan, but I may be wrong. It was Wednesday morning. Give that guy a raise!

Staff made it quick and easy, only qualm was the outside of the car being dirty.
