“Received a paperless coupon from Budget and attempted to use it at the Sacramento Airport. The agent said he didn’t need it and it would be applied. Looked at my bill and it showed a $400 hold from Budget. I called the 1-800 number and was told they couldn’t help me as the coupon should have been used at the time of the rental. I drove to the Bidwell location and Neel the branch manager was there and helped resolve the problem. He was super helpful and very courteous. I would recommend this office and doing business with them.”

The people there are friendly, helpful, and understanding.I am so very satisfied every time I rent from Hertz on Riley Street in Folsom.This car rental place allows you different prices with different options so that you can rent based on your budget. I was able to choose from Supplier Choice for a cheaper rate or my choice for a bit more. I liked all the rates offered. Very reasonable.Anna was able to get me in and out very quickly, so I was l in my rental and on my way. Thank you, Anna, for being so professional and friendly. I will be back soon.”

“Where do I begin! Super fast & GREAT service even though there were quite a few people in the lobby when I got there. Very upbeat and warm welcome from the staff. The nice gentleman who picked us up in the shuttle was so polite, arrived to pick us up from the dealership in no more than 10 minutes & we had awesome conversation! Made the ride even more enjoyable. SO I had quite the journey.. My car was in the shop & I went here for a rental. When it was time to return the rental I had it for well over a month. There was A-LOT of miscommunication with the warranty folks and who would cover what. The professionalism, the support, the ABOVE AND BEYOND SERVICE I received from Sterling the manager was phenomenal! Sterling THANK YOU for EVERYTHING! Your patience, your advocacy and kindness shine through and it’s EVIDENT why you are leading this awesome site. Wellll done to you and all the staff!
