“I rented a vehicle from the 3rd to the 11th. The price I paid was very reasonable. My experience with this specific location has always been good. The manager is easy to talk to the staff is very professional. I'm greeted as soon as I walk in even when it's busy. I was told it would be 30 min wait...didn't take that long. Never had an issue with any vehicles from this location. After I dropped off my rental they gave me a ride home. I appreciated that cause I was going to walk lol. I recommend enterprise ONLY if you want NO shenanigans NO hidden fees or NO bs. Expect exceptional customer service and an experience that will leave you headache free. I won't rent from anyone else. “I will start by saying that Anna at the Folsom CA location deserves all 5 stars!
I had made an online reservation through the Hertz app and wasn’t able to modify my time to pick up, so I called Hertz Gold customer service line and spoke to someone (possibly name Bob or Bal?) after holding for 12 minutes, who told me that I couldn’t modify the time and if I cancelled it then do a day of reservation for the earlier time, I was informed that I would be charged a 100.00 cancellation fee on top of a higher rate?! We then drove to Folsom and talked with Anna, who was amazing and was able to update our reservation and get us on our way. Anna’s professionalism and top notch customer service made a bad start into a great finish. If any upper management personnel rads these reviews, please take great care of your “live” agents that represent your company, because if I was to rely on your AI support, I would have paid extra and drove further to use Enterprise. Anna saved the day. ⭐”
