Car Rental in Citrus Heights, CA

“Dear Enterprise Citrus Heights Management Team,
I wanted to take a moment to give a glowing shout-out to Trent, who absolutely knocked it out of the park during my recent rental. In a world where good customer service can feel rare, Trent delivered the kind of experience that makes you remember why Enterprise is the best in the business.
I was having a genuinely rough day when I first dealt with him, and unfortunately, Trent caught the brunt of my frustration. But instead of getting defensive or brushing me off, he stood strong, stayed professional, and showed real empathy. He made it clear he was there for me every step of the way. Throughout some challenging issues with the rental, Trent was always just a phone call away—responsive, solution-oriented, and genuinely committed to making things right. He went above and beyond to support me as a customer, and that level of dedication turned what could have been a nightmare into a memorable positive experience.
Just today, I called Trent again specifically to thank him personally. He’s the reason I couldn’t be happier with Enterprise. In my book, he’s a true rockstar who represents everything great about your company.
Please pass along my deepest appreciation to Trent. You’ve got an absolute gem on your team—make sure you keep him happy because customers like me will keep coming back because of people like him.
Thank you again, Trent. You made a big difference!”
