Today, we made the mistake of visiting this bank because we urgently needed to open an account. I want to leave my review for future customers about my negative experience at this branch, especially with the manager, who behaved disrespectfully toward me and my wife.
When I requested to open an account, I was told that all employees were busy and that no one could help me, even though two employees were just sitting there doing nothing. I then asked if I could wait in the bank in case someone didn’t show up for their appointment, but I was rudely told “no” in a categorical manner and advised to go find another branch—which I did.
The bank manager turned his back on us in a demonstrative and disrespectful way and walked away without even saying goodbye or offering any assistance.
In conclusion, the customer service at this branch is at rock bottom, just like some of its employees, who should be retrained and tested—those who fail should be fired. In the 21st century, businesses should be customer-oriented and strive to serve every client. Even if all employees are busy, the manager should put down his coffee and assist customers.
Employee productivity here feels like it’s stuck in the 1960s. I will never set foot in this branch again, not even to withdraw cash if I need to!

I came in with my boyfriend and received above and beyond service from Susan Ando. We just wanted to open an account but I had a question regarding my Chase rewards. While the issue wasn’t resolved by the end our visit, Susan made it a priority to ensure that it was addressed.

This is our all-time favorite bank! They treat us like family and literally, everyone from the manager to the bankers are so friendly and helpful and go out of their way for their customers. Best bank ever!

I cant stress how bad this chase bank is. Three different times I went in to do the same request. All three times it was different things they told me. The third time I was told they cant fulfill my request at all, when they clearly did it the first two times. Go to another chase bank location if you can.

Went in this morning to just do a normal withdrawal. There were like 4 other customers waiting to go inside to do transactions. But one of the associates yelled out, "we're going to be late opening." When are they never late? Most of the time they're late opening. Lazy workers, they want to get paid but do half work. Should have got up earlier.

This Chase branch should be closed with customers routed to the Chase on Riley St. The bank employees would not provide the business card for the 'supervisor' so that I could share my terrible experience with corporate. While I was speaking on the 800 chase customer line, there were several actions that the 800 line customer service mentioned that the branch employees could have taken. Each of these actions, the 'supervisor' chose not to do. The branch manager was conveniently not available. For those looking for customer service, do NOT go to the Bidwell location. They don't give you their names, so you can make complaints on them and they certainly do not provide good customer service!

Hi this bank have very bad and unprofessional stuff even they don't know how handle job just kept talking I was there last week she doesn't knew how to deposit check account I never recommended this location employee this location Awful I don't recommend this location to any one super slow and staff don't care not try to go this location also am try to close my account from this bank too much
